There's no need, specifically with the small amount of rebel population. There used to be a Polair divisions which operated similarly and it was pretty useless. Like Prophecy said it is far too specific when there's an existing system that works. At most you could work to revise the existing POLAIR to make it more efficient with ops where you could speak to Fedora and Deadpool. When I train someone I make sure to go into depth about everything and make sure that the person I am training is always listening and paying attention. Why do you want to join T&E? (50 words min)?: I feel like I can do more in the APD and have thought long and hard about this for a couple of weeks now, I have been told by others its enjoyable and fun to train people and work with other academy officers. I feel like when I train people I make sure that they are listening and paying attention Which makes me feel like I am doing a good job at inducting/Training. My enthusiasm, friendly and humorous attitude towards all APD Officers, civilians and even rebels at times is definitely a huge talking point and possibly a chance to show that the APD has great officers within. Academy has been my main division for quite some time, the amount of work displayed currently plastered throughout all the training rooms is really a statement of my dedication and hard work. The Academy has definitely seen a major turn around since previous dictato- I mean leaders and I'm proud to say that I am a part of that change (hopefully for the better). I believe my position with the APD is definitely on the rise and far from over, hopefully together as command we can make the APD more professional and friendly force to be apart of (obviously being a hard ass at times is necessary).
