From Atomics Pov im 100% certain that he heard me loud and clear and he couldve followed that information to his teammates but since the situation/issue has already been dealth with, theres no point in playing the ''blame game''. I had no intentions on a dec, especially on 6 people who were in striders and thats why i took it to HD because it was labeled as rdm. If you really think i was baiting them to be banned than thats just your opinion and its fine, but during the HD case everyone decided that it was the right thing to do.

If you really want to know, no I believe that I've always sent a proper dec which includes a statement, action and consequence. Hence why I've never been banned for a 'failed dec' or 'invalid dec' before.
