Everyone is entitled to their opinion and the forums are where people should come to share it, that is what people need to remember first and foremost when they come here. It doesn't matter how silly, unnecessary or unbalanced someone's suggestion might seem to you, they are still a member of the community and have a right to voice their opinion/concerns etc.
that being said, this doesn't give you a licence to post whatever you want, posts should be productive and relevant to the communities interests. Even then, if you have something valid to say, it is critical you convey it in a matter that is neutral to all parties and encourages further dialogue of a positive nature, far too many people are prepared to make posts that are either unfounded, vitriolic, are not conducive to further debate or provide no avenue of recourse.
