Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) 

Throughout the last year of playing as a cop full time, I have been to the best of my abilities- making sure that everyone who I am in charge of and work with have been able to have their ideas and thoughts be taken further than just a concept; such as with the Y-32 proposal and the new Aviation Databse that was constructed. In doing so I have had the oppportunity to work with a number of people throughout the last year and take on-board what they have said about my approach to management and helping others succeed in what they do. 

Admittedly, I have made mistakes that have had consequences which has slowed this process down but at this time I feel as if I have learnt from those and will continue to take onboard these criticisms so that I can become a better person and player on this server; and if promoted become a better command member. 

If given this promotion, I would continue strive to take the ideas of junior officers and put them up through command and cabinet so that improvements and new content can be added for the benefit of officers and the server- furthermore, the added leadership responsibilities given with this promotion would be of benefit to both my GD and academy duties. In regards to academy, it would give me the ability to make changes in my given areas and provide another opinion for execuive decision making in academy. 

At this current time, I feel that with the right guidance from those above me in academy and command- and this promotion, I would become a committed member of command who will always strive to be the best person I can be, and bring to the table a caring, mature and helpful additude to benefit those around me.
