Red 1068 Report post Posted March 27, 2018 (edited) Hi All, Both myself and LuckyB33f have decided that it's time for us to step back a little and let some of the other staff work on the higher end management and general operations of the community. This is not a retiring post or anything like that, we just don't have the time to put into running the community like we used to. From this we have created the Management Team, while not necessarily all of the members of the team are in a "Manager" position, they are all responsible for pushing the community in the direction we have laid out for them. Each member is completely capable and competent to run the community, they might just need a bit of poking and encouragement to do so. A decision by a majority of them is final, B33f or I will not be overruling them unless it is completely ridiculous (Think, shutting down WL because James hurt Fitz, Nevetos and Lotza's feelings), your ban appeal being denied is not completely ridiculous.
