At this point I believe that the police force needs a big improvement. Now this is coming from my point of view and many of you guys might agree/disagree and that's totally understanding, what I’ve been experiencing in the past two weeks is that all the staff members of Straya Gaming are receiving a free ticket into a higher rank. Now its not just that so do not get me wrong. What I'm trying to say is that with all that happening the police force is getting quite full leaving many community members bored and unhappy because they couldn't get into that position. Now lets go back to the Staff members getting free ticket into higher ranks. What I'm trying to say is that you guys play for a short period of time and get bored. You guys take your position as a police officers without being dedicated and committed to play, and by that I mean not taking the role seriously and you guys leave after not even an hour of playing. This is a community server so I honestly think that you should let the community decide as one! Pavlov

There's only so much police command can do about these cops when we don't see them in the act If you catch people doing this then either try get evidence or report it right away

D0GZ offered training for people who didn't know these things just needs more people.

Dr_Booby isn't even a part of the police force, There is a big difference with white-listed and public slots.

At the moment honestly the chain of command is fine, plenty of people to deal with the applications and people in set leadership roles. What it sounds like to me is that you would like a promotion? If that is the case just play cop a bit more than you have been and prove that you'd be better for a rank up. If this isn't what you're wanting then please elaborate a bit more on how you would like the chain of command restructured.

I like the current system, however more public slots should be whitelisted quicker, as well as cadets should be promoted quicker, as they struggle to enforce the laws of Altis with the lack of resources available to them.

We'll give it some time for people to have a vote, and if enough people really want this we'll see if something can be sorted out.

I think the owners need to listen too the community not the higher ranking cops.

Dr Booby is not even whitelisted, he was kicked and warned for his Fail RP as a cop yesterday. He shouldn't have an influence on the police force at all, exactly why we kicked him as soon as we saw his police behaviour

I have been playing Altis life for a while and people are starting to think that the cop force needs a rework tell me what you think This is for the Rework of the chain of command, who should be in each role.

I completely understand what your trying to say but what I'm trying to pull across is that this is the Third Generation of Straya Gaming Altis Life this should of been worked out and planned better than the first and second generation of Straya Gaming Altis life... I really hope you take some advice from the community and really start making a change. Pavlov

No, not just the cadets mate i am talking about the whole cop force

What we have done to this cop force easily smashes the previous ones. The only problem I see here is that people just want to be ranked up / placed in a commanding position and there is a better way to do this then "lets restructure the whole force".

We'll try play even more, but at multiple times even some people voting on a restructure have told us that there's to many cops over powering the civilians and now it's that we aren't on enough :/. Anyway, we're gonna organise alot more trainings for cops and get the higher officers to play more + a few cadets have been promoted.

The community has all right to have a vote on what they would prefer, there's nothing against them doing that... We're just stating our opinions on the topic

Brodie man listen if i would like a promotion i would first apply for a cop rank in which i don't think i feel like doing :D. But i am talking about all the people inactive, and all the cops that need to be re-trained i will talk no more on this issue as i just started it to see what people would like

we should have a weekly lottery style comp where we choose one or 2 people at random who are on ts3 to receive ingame cash or vehicles, maybe friday and sat nights.
