Name: Joseph Goon Player ID (If Blacklisted): 76561198058476389 Date of Disciplinary Action: 6 months ago toughly What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: permanent blacklist from cop Who were you Disciplined by: porter (Im pretty sure because he is the one who started all this) and Hope maybe for placing the ban not sure though Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: apparently I meta gamed Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] When I messaged a whole bunch of cops to ask why I was being raided when I wasnt on the wanted list, I wasnt interacting with the raid, neither were my friends and I couldnt leave because they were raiding me, and since they were breaking the rules it was a time sensitive issue that I had to bring the them, otherwise I would have lost everything, and then I wasnt getting a response from anyone at all, so I joined in the police chat and asked to speak to someone high up so I could clarify what was going on and then I left to go to a lower channel where no one was in because I wanted to speak privately with them, as soon as they realise I was there they just started yelling at me and dragged me back up and then said I was meta gaming when I wasnt, and I wasnt even playing as a cop so I dont understand why I would get perma banned on cop, the whole issue started because Porter broke the rules and some how I lost a good 20mil of gear and items and got a blacklist, which is unfair so I think my blacklist should be removed. Any other information: If porter is still active he should be punished, I also was not told before hand that I was going to be raided which is a break in police protocol/laws and I did have a court case established but my lawyer wasnt able to follow through in time, and then I sorta rage quitted because I had lost basically everything.

I shot them, not knowing i was glitched or even that this glitch existed, and was given 5 min gate duty from the person who it was. I explained that i needed to relog and after doing so, clearly not hearing me, he made it 10 minutes. I argued with him on this as it was ridiculous and another sgt stepped in and made it 20. I replied that it was a protocol violation for him to do so, he said “no, i can do that” completely negleticing this truth and thereby abusing his power. Another two sgts stepped in adding to that time. One of them who listened to me previously said “ok you can do my 10min after his 10min” this was repeated amongst the group. At this point i was sick of this blatant power abusive, belittling and provoking. I proceeded to go and complete this gate duty. Whilst i admit that i told the sgt that originated this situation some colourful language, i was provoked and clearly the victim of power abuse from not one but multiple sgts. I should not have done this, however from this it is evident that the “verbal abuse” was not from an attitude problem but from being continupusly provoked and forced to be the subject of several instances of power abuse from the sgts. Two weeks of probation and a strike is not appropriate for telling somone to **** off and calling them a fag after what had happened when i have no recent history for abuse. I do undestand the context however of the punishment if it were for poor attitude toward higher ups, given my recent discipline for that, however this is not an issue of attitude this is an issue regarding provoked “verbal abuse”. There was no evidence ever provided whatsoever, this clearly led to a misunderstanding of the context of the situation from corey given that all information to him was provided by the aforementioned power abusing sgt. I think that this punishment is therefore ridiculous given the circumstances. Any other information:

Name: Omiua Callsign: KO1S Training completed by : Sir Harry List all pub slot inductions you have done : Reckless inducted by Omiua 21/09/2018 , 3:50 pm iMPhox inducted by omiua 21/09/2018 Zapot fAILEDD 26/09/2018 David mason inducted by Omiua 26/09/18 Done quite a few trolls also that disconnect right before the quiz :/ Why do you deserve a promotion? : I have served the APD for a good 4-5 months not to mention my extended time as a pub slot, I have countless hours of time that I enjoy dedicating to the department with no complaint, I follow all orders given by my superiors and do not talk back, although my inductions are minimal (2 were removed for some reason) , I don't plan on stopping inductions regardless of rank, I enjoy doing them and teaching people new skills , passing the knowledge that was passed to me by my superiors, having channel power to move to training rooms etc will come quite in handy for me as I prefer to get inductions done the minute its been asked of me, I am extremely active and only play on cop and I feel strongly that the APD will benefit from my time here, I strive to be a leader and never once nor will I give up with the department, your consideration of me for Sgt will not be taken lightly and I will work harder to be a great leader for our policemen/women, I am available all day everyday also as I currently am not working due to an injury, I think I deserve to be among what we call in military rank ''NCO'' level status and would love to be one step closer to Command team, it has been a true honour serving alongside this family I hope you can see how dedicated I am and will be regardless of promotion or not, thakyou for your time. Who were you Disciplined by: Kat Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: Knocking a pilot out resulting in the death of 3 people (RDM). Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] I think that the appeal should be accepted because it was an honest mistake, I didn't know how to deal with the current situation because I only had Knockdown rounds on my player at the time. Personally I think that there should be more rules and restrictions that are obvious to Civ's and Cops regarding actions around the prison because worst case scenario it may lead to more matters like this. I know that it did go against protocol in some specific ways. Any other information: I had sent a message saying 'if you land within this area you will be tazed' or something of the sorts, which technically does count as a failed dec, however I was scared that whilst typing he would land and dip before I had finished typing. ..............................................................................................................................................................

Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words]: I Feel in that second chances should be given and that i have reformed for the better, I won't Lie I have messed up too many times but I know that I am changing and that if given this chance I won't throw it away. With the AL reset coming I will return to the APD happy, supportive and accept any and all Disciplinary actions taken against me (if that does happen which I will stop it from happening). I know that my greatest position on the server is the APD as I can repair relationships and regain the trust of the APD. Along with all that the APD will be a stepping stone to regaining my reputation and the trust of this community.
