Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) I believe i'm an active officer, in both GD and my Divisions and if i'm not on either, i'm either doing trainings/inductions or helping out around the PD. I feel as though I should be promoted as I know what i'm doing and am a trustworthy/reliable member of the APD. When i'm on GD I don't shy away from taking CO/Temp-CO and believe i'm more than capable of fulfilling said roles. Over my time as Senior Constable i've become more reliant, mature and enthusiastic undertaking General Duties, Detective Ops and Academy. I also seek to be able to do 'Senior Constable' trainings as a Sergeant and will actively add charges when needed. Who would recommend you for a promotion? Thanks to some generous donations from @Bang1324 we have the opportunity to upgrade our hardware to the newest generation gear! All services will be moving from i7 6700k's to i7 7700k's, and from Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2019. (I'm on the hunt for some i9 9900k servers as well, but the pickings are slim in Australia) We have received some competitive pricing from a new provider, I'm going to trial them until our yearly lease is up for the current servers; towards the end of this month. I'm moving CQC over at the moment, Wasteland and I&A 2 (Tanoa) will join shortly after. To properly test out the new hardware I would really like to have a large number of players on one of the servers for an event. I've requested the I&A team setup a fun event for one of the Tanoa T-Days, so it will be good to see a lot of people there. There might be some steam gift cards for the best players on the day. Once the testing is done I will need to decide on which provider to go with and when we do the final move. The server with Altis Life and Invade and Annex is our primary server, it is a massive pain to move everything cleanly so there will probably be an extended outage for all services reliant on that server.

Overall good job snohman With regards to the static position for tanks it may be better to place the tanks down before the start but with no crew then place crew in them as needed. Me and persona found tank spawning in and teleporting while we were perch on hills. If their is friendly infantry pushing into town perhaps give them armored vehicles that aren't also the tanks support vehicles.

Keep spar-16 the same. increase the price of MX. Makes the price look less scuffed.

currently the 5.56 rifle, the spar 16, has a price without discount of 30k - keep in mind this is supposed to be the standard gd rifle for senior constables to ssgt for reference, a regular MX - a 6.5 rifle is only 10k, with the mxm being 35k, only a 5k difference between the mxm and a gd rifle. im seeing people just go out with mk20s or stings because they're cheaper and people just dont want to pay for a spar. i dont want to have to pay the price of an mxm to get a spar 16. the mk20, also a 5.56 rifle, is only 6k. i've also heard that the price was supposed to be changed to something more reasonable before the seatbelt patch, but nothing ever came of it. anyway gamers, wavey check
