(50 Words min): Honestly, I don't, this is an expression of interest for the future when I am. I write this as I am taking some time from playing as much as I do and it's allowing me to gain insight into whether or not the full time APD role is for me, at this time I believe it is; the APD is by far the direction I have choosen to take and I intend to focus my efforts on improving the General Duties department, I currently aspire to reach a Command position and hope that a Senior Sergeant role will teach me the skills needed to develop myself and the APD. At first I had no idea why I would deserve a promotion, I see myself as just an average person doing what everyone else would do. But it wasn't until I asked around if people would recommend me, and some of the replies I had gotten back made me really think "Do I deserve it?" and the answer would be yes. Over the past few weeks I have had the opportunity to take (CO) and over that time I have learnt a thing or two about myself in terms of the role I play and the leadership needed to "get the job done". One of them many replies I had gotten back was "u work hard, ur a great leader and ur what i aspire to be" This did touch me and made me think, If at my current role I achieve this I can see the type of role-model I could be at (Sergeant) as the higher rank a person/s is the more of a role-model that person is seen to be, and people look up to them. I am also very active within the (APD) and always willing to take (CO) when and/if needed, I have relatively good skills when leading (Cops) into banks as (CO) and would like more opportunities to do so as there is more I can learn within the (APD). One of the greatest if not greatest detectives the APD as ever seen. Aaron is an active member of Detectives and always strives to do better on operations, When out on Operations he is always helping me to lead and act has a sort of right hand man assisting me to make vital decisions that help make our operations successful. As well as this he is a great leader himself, When he shows up to GD he excels at performing his CO duties. Aaron is also really good at helping out other detectives, whether that be from helping with any questions they may have to answering the many questions you have when joining detectives, Aaron is always there to help. I have seen how much he has grown as an officer and I truly do believe that Aaron deserves this Promotion and that he would make a fine addition to our Sergeant team.
