So I'm leaving for 2 weeks and thought I would leave you with one last piece of advice.
this is a great breach tactic used in real life....
positions in order to closest to the door, always set up opposite the hinges; 1st Man(Tazer Rifle works best here), Team Leader, Breacher, 4th Man
1st man- 1st to enter, Tazer rifle works best as it is 1 hit kill, good to have a flash
Leader (2nd man)- 3rd to enter, higher caliber the better, most experienced officer
Breacher (3rd man)- 2nd to enter, breaches door, good spot for a cadet
last man or 4th man- last to enter, watches the 6, enters once room is clear facing backwards unless extra assistance is required, normally 2nd highest officer, takes command if required
so my text explanation, step by step.
1. Team setup, over watch goes in place if required in the distance with a clear view of the door and windows
2. Leader checks in and confirms raid, then states to team something like "Team ready?", team will respond [position] ready (eg. Breacher ready)
3. Leader states "Breacher up", Breacher proceeds to opposite side of door so door has a chance of covering him when opened (all officers hug the wall)
4. Leader states "breach" or on the 10-101 command the Breacher begins breaking the door
5. 1st man flashes then peeks, if 1st man has no flash then team leader can flash throu a window, moves in
6. Breacher closely follows
7. Team leader also follows. People on right side peek right, people on left peek left (although when moving up officers aims should cross over to maintain more sight
8. 4th man moves in after room is cleared, making sure to face outside when entering and prepping for next breach
9. Code 4 is given and hostiles in custody are jailed (officers should always bring 2 cars so prisoners can fit)

sorry the arrow comes from the wrong person at first, 3rd man is Breacher and moves up not second
Hope you liked the technique, was showing a few officers the other day and I received positive comments to I thought I would post it before I went away, comment any suggestions or your own breaching techniques
