Lads, I hope most of you checked out the modded wastelands server. Utes is a classic from Arma 2 and one of my favourites. Where the name of the game was fire and move.Its a very small map which is easy to run and find players. But this isn't for all of you. I am asking all of you what map you would like to see and the mods you all want. So if you want more wastelands with more mods and more maps show your support... I look to make takistan mountians (another classic) with more weapons and armour/air battles... This may take me some time to make tho... Ill build this if you guys support it... also looking for some suggests if not...

I'll give my opinion on the video and some of your comments. We do not handle rule breaks, if you want to report the baiting/metagaming then go to help desk. You have made some valid points. If someone is shooting towards another person or a cop, you have full right to shoot him. But this player was escaping in a vehicle with his wheels disabled. He wasn't going anywhere. If you had killed him earlier when he was shooting at people then it would be fine and you'd probably only get a small warning for using an MXM on GD if anything. From this video, he hasn't shot in over a minute. He wasn't a threat to anyone. If he left his vehicle and started shooting or even aiming his gun at someone then you can kill him. But you had every opportunity to go up to him and use non lethal force. There were 3 officers from what I can see, you could have covered them while they moved up to get a tase/knockdown on the suspect. It doesn't matter if they have 1 count of murder or a million, if they are in a position where they are unable to escape or harm anyone, unless they start shooting again, killing them is excessive force.

First & Foremost I would like to begin by addressing a massive issue in the server the police Statement 1:First of all the police in the police force are extremely corrupt & will arrest you for no reason , Taking A Piss , Walking Around , Swearing They Have Arrested Me For The Dumbest Reasons I Have gotten 2 officers punished by reporting them this is extremely unacceptable the police force should be reset as 50 - 60% of all cops are legit useless and will do anything to make a quick buck the corruption has gotten so bad now that the server is starting to lose players me my self have been a victim of the corruption & abuse by the police if this has ever happend to you then you will know how god damn ****ing annoying it is to be arrested and to have to watch everything that you worked for go down the drain because of extremely stupid officers that cant do their job. The cop force was a lot worse and it has made improvements if you were here 4 months ago but, I will say it still needs improvements, it will get there. So instead of making a forum purely shaming the WHOLE of the APD which I'll be honest with you, not everyone in the APD is bad at playing cop and performing the roles of an officer in the clusterfuck called Sydney which you're constantly getting lit up by kids with their little pea shooters, which do hurt for lower ranks (Pubslots etc.) Bring it up with the APD Command team and get THOSE officers that actually broke Rules / SOP'S in trouble.

We have had these issues since January and there are other servers who have had the same problems since as early as May last year. Clearly we are all doing something wrong but no one has managed to figure out what. We have rewritten most of our mission over this year but the issue still persists so I won't be waiting around tinkering with values hoping someone figures out where we all went wrong, I'm instead going to use the time to build a mission from scratch so we can have a mission to call our own instead of taking the piece of shit that is altis life and adding some skins to it. Am I concerned about the player base running away? Hell fucking yea, but we've already hit a pretty depressing low this year (max of 20 players a night) and I'd rather not see us there again because I chose to sit around looking at a mission I know is 100% garbage.

Why the appeal should be accepted: I take responsibility for my actions, and I understand that what I did could be and has been seen as "Corrupt" even though these were not my intentions. In hindsight my actions were grossly negligent and I did not demonstrate a good level of decision making ability at the time. I however, would like to be given one last chance to demonstrate my ability and prove that I am actually capable in the role of Inspector. Given this chance I can assure that there will be no more issues or reports involving myself going into the future, you will see immediate improvement and I will be a valuable asset to the Police Department. I feel as if I am capable in such a position and would like to be given one last chance to prove so.
