(50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion as I enjoy helping fellow officers with things such as questions on protocols that I know to inductions. I’ve used my time to get experience on Leadership with taking the C/O position when there is an opportunity for around 3 days, and have been reading protocols and trying to remember as much I can to improve my confidence when giving out orders and to increase my overall experience as a Leader. When I am C/O, I believe I can command at a standard level and create organization within the GD Officers. As I am new to the Commanding Position, I am eager to learn more on how to resolve chaotic situations in Sydney, as well as how to improve myself as a Senior Constable and C/O. I will keep striving towards my best to help members of the Community aswell as try my best to enrich the experience of other officers. (50 Words min) Been a member of the APD command team for a long tenure was in polair for 3 months Federal Prosecution Service Joined Played for over 500 hours on cop More recently I have ran the Federal Prosecution Service (and introduced more changes to the Judicial Guidelines) and still remaining active despite the proximity of my HSC examinations. I have also spent much of my time on GD and have been of assistance in many tactical situations. I feel as a Sergeant I can better pass on the experience I have as far as tactical gameplay, police procedures, knowledge of the Altis legal system and much more. I also feel as I can better display my ability to command in tough situations in order to get a positive result for the APD. I also feel that my long-term commitment to the PD despite my pretty atrocious demotions demonstrates that trust can be placed in me. Hey Everyone, I just wanted to let you know my time at SG is up and I am moving on, I was not kicked or asked to leave I am leaving purely out of my own choice. I wish this place and everyone here all the best for the future. -Excel
