(50 Words min) I believe that i have the qualities of discipline, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and a sense of teamwork in me which are desperately needed in a sergeant. Also since the day I joined the APD i have never been subject to any kind of police disciplinary action and have been performing my duties diligently which shows my character, whenever possible i have guided and helped the new recruits to the best of my ability and helped them grow. I do not wish to control the recruits and junior officers, rather I wish to be their mentor and help them reach their goal at the APD. By becoming a sergeant I wish to be the link between the recruits, prob constables, constables and the cabinet by being a ice breaker. I believe that promotions are given to people who deserve them and they shouldn't be asked. But i must follow the policy made by the management and therefore I'm submitting my expression of interest. Who would recommend you for a promotion? 1+ Clueless at times (Nam flashbacks to detective house raids/Ops) but still represents good qualities of the APD and puts in good effort.

@FarmerGeorge98 Sargent martial lol, Valkr has proved herself worthy of Sergeant with her non stop dedication to the Altis police department, this can be shown with her inductions and activity on cop.

+1 Respectable cop. Hard worker. I wouldn't be surprised if she had no previous APD punishments or issues at all. She knows what she is doing and there is no doubt about it. Can't wait for you to become SGT. Good Luck!

Would recommend 10/10 for a promotion to Sargent

+1 Great humble guy and great officer. Completes his job well I can really only give him props for the SRT & GD related things I see him do. I think he'd be a great addition to the force being placed on that rank. Only thing I could suggest improving a bit more on would be taking CO. (I'm on after school so he may take it during those times and I don't see)
