(50 Words min) I believe i deserve a promotion for the following reasons Firstly, the dedication i have put into the APD, from the time i put into commanding, training and documentation. Secondly the documentation i have done in the past & in the present with changing the trainings to slide format and updating the format today. Thirdly the consistency of the quality of the work and the hours i have put in Sergeant is one of the larger stepping stone before command, its the rank where you gain the ability to train lower ranks & give tags & command operations and banks, however sergeant is also the first time you would be training white listed officers. The step to sergeant for myself would be slightly smaller as i am an academy officer and already complete half the role of sergeant however a promotion like this would allow to more successful complete my role within academy, and would remove my reliance on other sergeant to do thing like add tags and move recruits to training room, and would also allow me to move other members who need polair & GD training to the dedicated rooms. A promotion to sergeant would also allow me to now conduct senior constable trainings, this would again improve my capability within academy. (50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion to Sergeant due to a number of reasons. Firstly, I have show great commitment and dedication to the APD over the past year, being a GD Senior Sergeant, then transferring over to SRT. I have done everything I could do to help advance the APD, whether it was commanding GD or helping out on the combat side of things, such as at banks and operations. Secondly, I know how to properly command units in both GD and at banks and other major robberies, I have gone through the process of getting to Sergeant several times now and I know what it takes and I have always been willing to put in the time and effort it takes to achieve my goal. Thirdly, I am a very approachable person and I am always willing to answer any questions other officers may have, if I know the answer of course. I have done quite a lot of inductions over my time as being a Police Officer, as well as other trainings, and I am used to being asked questions and responding to them. I do not get frustrated if a recruit doesn't understand something and I am very patient to deal with an officer who isn't sure of something. Lastly, if I were to be promoted to Sergeant, I would be able to be in a higher position of command, meaning I can then take CO at banks and other robberies when needed.
