With my experience in the Altis Police Department that is amount upwards of past a year now, I've learned and mastered how to CO both General Duties and in Operations. As there has been an increase of officers joining the department, I've noticed a lack of Sergeants taking CO of Operations, leaving majors unsupervised with channels of Constables and Recruits unsure on how to push banks. (50 Words min) There are many reasons why I would love to become a SGT for GD. I think that I am a hard working Senior Constable, I take CO whenever possible, I do as much induction training as I can. I find that doing the base induction is never enough and I try to make every induction as memorable as I can and use examples to help the new player understand the roles and importance of the APD. Currently My goal is to achieve the rank of SGT but in the future i would like to join the GD command team and help make it even better than it is now. I have been a part of the apd for a while now and it seems that I have never made it past Senior Constable this time around I would like to make it to at least inspector or higher. I am more motivated than I have ever been and I am committed to making GD a better place for all officers, this includes, Getting Highway patrol working at peak efficiency as well as making sure that all GD officers are following the protocols at all times. I also see myself as a leader in GD right now as there are not many SGTs and no senior SGTs. This is something I would like to change by getting promoted to SGT then later down the track being promoted to Senior SGT.
