    G'day, I'm wondering if we could introduce a "Fires" channel into the I & A teamspeak channel.

    This would be available to JTACs and FOs to coordinate with CAS and Offensive Support, to enable fire missions through air or IDF. 

    Currently I hang out on the pilots channel to coordinate this, however this mostly seems to be an admin channel entering and departing airspace around the airport or AO.

    Using a dedicated channel could minimise traffic on the pilots channel and more more efficient for the conduct of fire missions

    Changes:

    • Recruitable AI have been re-added. They will automatically be removed from all Ironside vehicles.
    • Smoke grenades thrown near HQ's are automatically deleted when there are many players nearby.
    • Added restriction disallowing Pilots from using base Artillery when >20 players.
    • Only Pilots can deploy ropes now. Once deployed, players outside the chopper can control them as normal.
    • Removed automated group messages such as "Regroup", "Contact - Enemy - 100m", etc..
    • Added button in Comm-Link menu that automatically joins Teamspeak when clicked.
    • Added support for JSRS 5.17 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=861133494. Support for JSRS4 Apex will be removed 20/02/17.

    Changes:

    • Added light prowler to carpark.
    • Spiced up the customise inventory area.
    • Added some lighting and extra decorative items in various places.
    • Restricted the Sniper class so they can only use sniper rifles.
    • Fixed GL smoke not being deleted at/around HQ.
    • Vehicles driven/flown into the spawn area are now automatically deleted.
    • Removed Caesar BTT side mission reward.
    • Few other small tweaks.

    • The POW can no longer be accidentally placed in Gitmo.
    • Added Whitelisted Engineer slot.
    • Added a second Whitelisted Medic slot.

    It's already been added to the donor menu just not on the server yet. Will be added at one of the restarts tomorrow.

    Only you will be able to use it too.

    Server is now running the 64 bit executable.

    If you notice any issues after the 1.68 update, make a post here or send me a message on Teamspeak.

    Apologies for the multiple server crashes and mass kicks today relating to the latest Arma update. We are looking into it and will hopefully have a solution soon.

    Changes

    • Added MQ-12 Falcon UAV.
      • ATGMs disabled.
      • 7 minute respawn timer.

    Changes

    • Fixed ATGMs being re-added to Falcon and Xi'An when repaired at Service Pad. 
    • Changed helipad lights to ones with no collision. 

     

    Hopefully the crashes will be fixed sometime in the next few days, when Bohemia releases a hotfix.

    we have disabled it due to server issues. althought we found the issue so we might be able to add it back in @Fitz?

    It is disabled for now as it is seemingly the cause of a mass kicking issue. Will be re-enabling it sometime on the weekend to see if the issue remains or not.

    Changes

    • Added two new uniform skins!
    • Added Autorifleman, AT and Sharpshooter whitelisted slots!
    • JSRS re-enabled for now.
    • Some small tweaks.

     

    As you have probably already noticed, the server has been restarting at 5am/pm and 11am/pm instead of the usual 6/12.

    It will stay like this until further notice as there are currently issues with the restart scheduler.

    • Fixed pilot blacklisting
      • If we determine your piloting skills to be incredibly subpar or disruptive to other players (including in Teamspeak), you will be blacklisted until we think you are capable of flying again.

    Changes:

    • Your previous loadout for each slot is now automatically loaded when you join the server.
      • Should hopefully allow you to head straight to the AO without having to fiddle around with the arsenal.
      • Respawning also reapplies your loadout instead of just filling up your current magazines when you die.
    • Removed Mortar Boat and Taru Medevac Pod side mission rewards. These will be replaced with something else soon.
    • Extra check to remove inactive recruitable AI that get stuck near base.
    • Small changes to Robocop.
    • Some small fixes/tweaks.
