Hi guys, Below is a manual I'm currently working on for Altis Life. Suggestions and ideas are welcome. :)

I would at this point like to make it publicly known, that the assistant commissioner as well as Inspector Mitch was made personally aware by my self on the very same day that this case hit my desk, both failing their duties to promptly pass said information on wards to the officers involved as well the state prosecutor is not my responsibility, In fact i went so far as to send copies of all documentation to the state prosecutor personally myself, again not my requirement last time i checked... It is on the state to request evidence in any trial they are taking part in. Hence i will now formally request any documentation you wish to present at said appeal. If you wish to continue i require correspondence from your state prosecutor team in regards to new evidence that you clearly have to bring to life that would alter the out come of the verdict handed down by the honorable Attorney General, Bevan Damndarty Gluesniff. As stated by the (AG) Bevan Gluesniff the officers where all released and the court case it self had been finished and finalized and verdict handed out before the bank robbers tripped up the alarm system in the Westpac Bank, From recollection the Court House in Melbourne would have been allot closer then the Sydney LAC station making responding to the Bank robbery quicker then normal response times from the Sydney LAC. In the Matter of Zehaava vs The State, I never asked the PD to actually pay for the legal fees, Since the verdict was against the PD and said officer accused. Inspector Smokey, The Attorney Generals Office has acknowledged you have concerns in regards to aforementioned case. Chief Justice Nevetos has directed you to the documentation outlining the stipulations in which to make an appeal. You can do so and forward said documentation to myself and i will facilitate the requirements to conduct a review on the documentation presented as well as accept any further evidence. It is important to note Inspector Smokey that the courts are not responsible when both parties agree to conduct a court case. The courts are not responsible for managing the time of either party nor preparation needs. In regards to renumeration for said funds that were lost due to Westpac Bank being robbed. Your very own Assisstant Commisioner was attending said court case and was released immediately upon the bank being triggered to conduct his duties as required. It is the rights and responsibilities of both parties to adequitely prepare themselves to be seated in court and ensure that any engagements from the outside are put on hold until court has ceased. Furthermore compensation for bank being robbed will not be granted, Westpac bank is a federally funded organisation in which they are fully insured with the Australian Government. The funds dont directly reflect the APD nor do they cause a negative impact on the economy or budget the APD has. Dear Mr Smokey, From your description I can only assume that you are attempting to Appeal a Verdict? If so, please make sure you read though the following section found here. Please also note that the prices written there are no longer final, as the Altis Economy has changed drastically. 30/06/17 Changes: Following changes have occurred over the past week or so. Enabled Blastcore mod - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=767380317 Replaced one of the unarmed Hunters with an unarmed Strider. Added lighting at Ironside spawn. Tweaked Task Markers. Added a message when pressing 'Wait for medic'. Various small changes.

We have finally made some progress with the server crashes which I would like to share with you all. Firstly, we are not alone with these instability issues, there are loads of servers experiencing similar issues & far more severely than us. Big name servers such as Asylum, Olympus, Roleplay UK and even Zero-One (before it shut down ) have all been victim to mass kicks as frequently as every half an hour during peak time. After speaking with one of these communities we performed a few tests disabling parts of features on the server that we hadn't considered before. One of the tests had positive results, improving stability during peak time. It is important to remember that while we can fix the server crashes, we most likely can't stop the mass kicks ourselves. They can happen as low as 40 players, and if we were to lower the player cap that low we might as well not have a server. Many communities are experiencing mass kicks, even some who have completely rebuilt their mission file. This suggests that it may not be a piece of code causing the instability, but perhaps a method of achieving something or the result of an action. Some servers don't seem to have these problems. If they figured out what was wrong, fixed the cause without knowing it or never had the problem in the first place I do not know, but if someone did find a fix I'm sure it would have been shared by now. If not by them then by someone else. Last time we saw mass kicks on this scale it was an issue with animations which was fixed by Bohemia themselves. They have said their QA team is actively investigating the current mass kicks, so we just need to sit tight. As for our server crashes (which occur with the mass kicks), we have made decent progress in resolving them. Like I said above, one of the tests we performed had positive results which is good news. We've left the setup for that test active and over the past few days have been writing a replacement for the feature that was disabled. I won't go into detail about what this replacement is just yet, but I will say that it does need fine tuning which can only be done with data received from a decent number of players. Tomorrow we will be releasing an update to the server that includes what we need to get the data required for fine tuning, and then sometime next week we hope to release all aspects of this feature. TL;DR: Many servers are experiencing mass kicks, there is not a lot we can do about them, BI say they're looking into it. We have however improved stability during peak time which has resulted in the server recovering from mass kicks instead of freezing. There will be an update tomorrow which will help us get data required to release a replacement for a feature that had to be disabled for stability reasons. Thanks for reading!
