(50 Words min) - I deserve a promotion in the police force because: I’m good at Leading the police (I’ve shown this with me being as CO). I am good in combat{shown this is all combat situations), good at Roleplaying(go ask everyone I’ve processed etc, I 4 real RP), have great initiative and dedication(I’ve been playing very actively and been playing fairly within the force). I believe once I get higher up in the cop force that would hopefully open a chance in SRT. I’ve been a part of the cop force multiple times – I’ve gotten to Snr Sergeant and I’ve lead SRT multiple times but ended up leaving cop (hence why I can’t get SRT ATM). I won’t leave the police force this time (I’ve only left in the past because of the population being low and I won’t this time round). I believe and hope to be a part of the command team in the future. Who would recommend you for a promotion? 4/10/17 Changes: Replaced popup message when firing in base. Fixed resetting uniform skin in Area 51 removing inventory items from uniform. Added icon to incoming missiles. Replaced weapon/inventory check. Previously your gear would constantly be checked to see if it was complying with restrictions (e.g. equipping a sniper rifle as a non-sniper) and would remove it if necessary. Now it only checks when you pickup or take an item from a crate/soldier/the ground and when you're in the arsenal. Hopefully equals slightly more fps

(50 Words min): I have been extremely active the past month and have worked my best to continue participating and contributing in the APD. Either that be on patrol during GD or detective work, assuming CO or training and guiding other members or civilians. I believe im capable in the extra duties and responsibilities that come along with the rank of sergeant and i am confident in my ability and knowledge as a officer. I desire to be promoted to extend my abilities to preform and improve myself as well as assist in other areas or further contribute where it is needed. I can confidently reassure that i am able to fulfill the tasks that come with being a sergeant as i have previously shown through my time with the APD and as a old command team rank, even to current date. This is shown through my participation in the detectives and GD patrol, through processing and interactions with other officers and civilians in game, and through training and communicating with officers in other areas that require attention. This is why i believe that i deserve the promotion and desire to be apart of the junior command in the near future. Who would recommend you for a promotion? (50 Words min) I want to be able to train more officers and have the extra responsibility that comes with being a Sergeant. I also want to get closer to getting a Command team role (Junior or Senior), to help shape the APD's development. As a Sergeant, I would be able to do much more to assist in situations and GD in general (An example of this: Being able to give Highway Patrol units a Hatchback Sport instead of an SUV, so they can get around quickly in the event of needing to regroup or move to a bank situation), I enjoy training people and seeing them progress rank wise and skill wise. And that is why I wish to be a Sergeant. Who would recommend you for a promotion? (50 Words min): I feel that I would be a valuable asset to the Junior Command Team. The role itself offers a new opportunity to be able to help the police force move forward. Having this role also allows me to take command over certain situations, this allows me to learn my leadership skills and help advance as a person within the APD and generally become better at taking charge of a situation. The sergeant rank is a rank I've done before, I'm comfortable with how the role works and the formatting that comes with it. With the recent appointment of SRT, I feel that it would help becoming a great leader and working in a team environment ( This is VERY important in SRT ). Who would recommend you for a promotion?
