(50 Words min): I believe that I am worthy of a promotion because of the experience I have that can help me instruct and command lower ranks in an effective manner. As well as this I have a good reputation of being a professional, skilled officer that presents myself and the APD well. A few more reasons why I should be promoted is that I am very adaptable, good at communication and proficient at 10-codes, capable of delegation and assessment of situations to result in the best possible conclusion. The Main and foremost reason this has not happened is it affects the player base. I can tell you from personal experience after running many servers that mods decrease the player base, alot. Most people are casual gamers and lots of mods or even one isn't worth their time. A very simple rule for Public Servers is: If players aren't going to use it or only a small percentage will, don't add it.

I Am making this topic to say that I SovietStitch Would like to attempt to repair my relationship with this community/Staff, I have Done Bad and good and for all the bad things I have done e.g: "throwing People Under the bus" and accusing people and being an all around jackass. I need to stop and I have finally learned my lesson and I will be stopping this nonsense I hope you all know I mean well. This is directed to a few people in particular whom I have harmed the most and pissed off. I know My mistakes but I never could learn from them I can now and I Apologise for all my actions and how they have hurt people.
