J Boyle) Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min): I believe that I'm a hard worker in the APD which has been proved by my dedication and Academy work. I'm currently a Detective on trial and hope to pass said trial soon. I believe that I'm an officer that can efficiently command GD whilst I'm there and can provide an enjoyable experience for not only the officers I'm in charge of but the civillians interacting with these officers. I also believe that I portray a respectable attitude within the APD and this has been recognised by command. My experience in Academy I believe will also give be an upper hand on potential other candidates for the role as the further experience involving training/enlistment and the occasional spectatorship of discipline. Wouldn't hurt to have a pop up modded I&A server like the modded wasteland server we had a while ago. Maybe open it up once a month or something, you'll definitely get some players on if you have enough advertising before so people can download the mods and be ready to play when it's up.

(Believe suspension was removed) Who were you Disciplined by: Daywalker Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: There was a situation just north of Sydney so myself & Peanut (my partner) just start heading up there from PD. Upon getting there we stop just North of Construction and we're being shot at from officer so we focus our attention there. While we're being shot at an SUV headed Southbound stop next to us and the passenger has full rebel gear AK and all I managed to knock both the driver and passenger down when they got out but Peanut died. The passenger logged and the driver was on the floor in the knock down animation. I then decide to shoot him because I was being shot at from too many locations and assumed he was going to log aswell. He then tells Daywalker this and I recieve the discipline for it. Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] I believe that it should because removed because after talking to Ghillie (the driver I shot) he said that he was just annoyed in the moment and is going to talk to Daywalker about removing it (in which he did) Daywalker still hasn't got around to doing this now. I also talked to ghillie about his mate who logged and he said he was just driving him around with his rebel gear stopping letting him get out and RDM then rinse repeat. Any other information: I don't feel that I should have got the discipline I did for dealing with trolls in the manner I had. I'm sure I could have dealt with it better but I also don't believe my punishment was just.

as pk said people just dont want to deal with mods. even if you click 1 button and it works they dont. the other thing is that OCE doesnt have the playerbase for a modded I&A server. tanoa rarely gets more than 30 players on.

Then don’t have your gun loaded until your need it? Would stop the mag issue...

(50 Words min): I believe that I am worthy of a promotion because of the experience I have that can help me instruct and command lower ranks in an effective manner. As well as this I have a good reputation of being a professional, skilled officer that presents myself and the APD well. A few more reasons why I should be promoted is that I am very adaptable, good at communication and proficient at 10-codes, capable of delegation and assessment of situations to result in the best possible conclusion. I did it a two-three times for a few kidneys and didn't even get that much money. Most of the stuff I had in my house was actually legitimately gathered from many morning runs and, after seeing all my hard work blown up before my eyes, it was rather eye-opening. Obviously, I am in the wrong but I quite enjoy playing on this server and will continue under the same name to hopefully one day rectify my name. Feel free to roast me lads <3 Why should the community trust this apology, given that you were lying and/or being deceptive when being questioned (Only applicable if you were lying/being deceptive - I will tell you if this was the case): I've never once been banned before for breaking any rules. I have a clean record apart from this and many people on the server know me to be a good bloke (hopefully lol).
