(50 Words min) Throughout the past months, I have learnt many tactics and leadership skills from APD by sergeants training or higher ranks. They have shown what a role model is in the APD and what civilians would like to see every day, And I have obtained that skill of leadership, tactics and knowledge that the APD focuses on and interested in becoming a role model. I will be honest though I am not a man for training or theory I am a man who likes to be practical and getting out in the field stopping crime. Space Engineers Update, Second Server and Giveaway! Update Information: Since the re-launch of our Space Engineers server two weeks ago, we have seen an explosion of interest in the gamemode, with the 50 slots sitting near full on most nights on the week. To ensure our player's experience remains smooth and as enjoyable as possible, we have released a second 32-slot server with a custom solar system and increased ore deposits. You can find both servers by searching "straya" in the server browser. New Commands: To assist with lag and make the transfer between the two servers as easy as possible, several commands have been added to allow players to switch servers and easily save and load ships between them. The new commands are as follows: !savegrid <grid name> Stores your grid to your virtual garage, whereby you can pull it out on the other server. !garage Shows all grids currently stored in your garage. !loadgrid <grid number> Withdraw a grid from your garage. !switch me Transfers you to the other server. (50 Words min) I believe i deserve a promotion for the following reasons Firstly, the dedication i have put into the APD, from the time i put into commanding, training and documentation. Secondly the documentation i have done in the past & in the present with changing the trainings to slide format and updating the format today. Thirdly the consistency of the quality of the work and the hours i have put in Sergeant is one of the larger stepping stone before command, its the rank where you gain the ability to train lower ranks & give tags & command operations and banks, however sergeant is also the first time you would be training white listed officers. The step to sergeant for myself would be slightly smaller as i am an academy officer and already complete half the role of sergeant however a promotion like this would allow to more successful complete my role within academy, and would remove my reliance on other sergeant to do thing like add tags and move recruits to training room, and would also allow me to move other members who need polair & GD training to the dedicated rooms. A promotion to sergeant would also allow me to now conduct senior constable trainings, this would again improve my capability within academy. (50 Words min) I deserve a promotion because I am an extremely enthusiastic Officer when it is my time to shine, I believe that my work ethic is remarkable and I am not afraid to get something done when need be. I trust that if I were Sergeant I would fully understand the dedication that is required and I also believe that there is a lot of new responsibilities that are acquired within the transition, I would try my hardest to make any improvements throughout the entirety of the APD and most importantly I listen to the community, I as a person am extremely open to suggestions because I treat any complaint or any bad things that may occur as a learning experience that can help me grow and become better as a Player/Person. (50 Words min) Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion due to the number of hours I spend on cop weekly, I try to take CO whenever possible and do inductions when possible and give bank advice/tactics to the commanding officer, becoming a Sergeant would help me do more for the APD like taking CO for banks and pulling out hunters for lower ranks or training whitelisted officers. I know most people think of me as a troll and what not but when I actually try and put effort into something I can do great things just like when I was in SRT for the first time, I had reached the rank of Sergeant and pretty much became Team Lead of SRT and would have become Commander if I didn’t leave and I have pretty much spent my time on AL in the APD. (50 Words min) I deserve the promotion because I have put in countless hours towards the APD. I all ways keep on top of things and I am always going out of my way to do things for the APD. I am a very hard working person as well. Being apart of Academy helps me give back to the APD by training people witch I Love to do. I am always putting in my hours. I do a minimum of 20 hours a week and I am looking to increase that number. Overall I think that this promotion could open a lot of new doors that could help me better the APD.
