My idea was to do away with the teamspeak channel queue channels all together And have a script manage the queue ingame, It would help simplify the process of joining a queued slot, As well as the need for staff to deal with people who skip the queue.

Simple suggestion to Integrate the CAS/Pilot queue into the new Role selection menu. They can enter the queue through the role menu and when a slot opens up, it gives them and option to switch to the new slot or giveaway their position in the queue.

Hi All, Tomorrow night, Wednesday the 24th, the AL Staff Team will be hosting a demolition derby / sumo event at the Sumo Arena! In Teams if 2, you will battle it out to either destroy, disable or fling your opponents vehicles out of the Arena. It will be a double elimination bracket with semifinals and finals being Best of 3! This has enabled me to enhance duties over the last 2-3 months to incorperate the feedback and advice I have gotten in order to become a better officer, and person. My involvement within Academy and Aviation is still on-going, and with the rank of sergeant I believe that the ability to make changes within Aviation- and lead others on GD and during operations will be greatly increased. I feel as if I've got my head screwed on correctly this time and I am willing to take on the added responsibilities of a sergeant and ensure that I don't fall victim to the same mistakes that got me blacklisted before. Being a sergeant would only allow me to propel myself further into the dynamics and complex workings of the APD which is where I want to be. My ability to handle a larger work load is displayed through academy as well through the many enlistments and trainings I've done which I'm not going to slow down on either. I believe I have good standing within the Altis Police Department along with the Civilians of Altis and I only plan on having an even better reputation/relation with both parties. My activity shows that I am dedicated enough and proves that I am eager to progress further within the APD not only to Sergeant but beyond. Who would recommend you for a promotion?
