During my time with the Altis police department I have enjoyed being involved in the training of others. I have always keen on promoting and training inductees and would like to take that further though a position in the Academy and more specially in Aviation. It has always been great to get piloting training done by the competent officers in the Altis Police Department. Recently I completed my Aviation level 1 and was a good experience with the trainer that I would like to be part of. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: Insert During my time with the APD you may know me as being a sharpshooter but I feel I would like to offer more, I feel I can bring great roleplay, unwavering enthusiasm and a wealth of life experience to the aviation academy leading the pilot recruits through their careers with the apd. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)?: Insert I would like to work with aviation training due to having had some very good experiences with flying and members of the Altis Police Department. In this trainer’s role I would be available to run training and work on becoming a senior training in the academy. IRL I have worked as a trainer in security so I have hands on experience in engaging students, making the learning outcomes enjoyable. How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department Academy?: I can be flexible towards operational requirements. Have you ever been the subject of Disciplinary Action within the APD? If so when and why?: Yes, Was asked to be blacklisted. When I wasn’t given the tags, I handed out a spike strip to chow, videoed it and sent the video to command. time to get downvoted to the ground I can be completely wrong here about my honest assumptions, but speaking from a community member’s perspective, there is no effort to find developers or produce new content for the Altis Life server as it’s plainly replaced by Squad, I&A since they’re making big bank. Yeah, I know they can’t simply fall out of the sky and are increasingly rare but there must be some still lurking around the AU region, the game isn’t that dead yet. It just seems that the big admin dudes have lost all motivation. Oh and yeah, the biggest gang in the server just got banned apparently for whatever reason and I am STILL stuck at 20 frames with a fairly powerful pc if I’m anywhere near Kavala. I believe the server is having its last population dive before it dies completely like the way Ozzy & Darkside did. The game is old, or at least not optimised for roleplay in a gaming era where we expect new content frequently, perhaps a fiveM server to continue the legacy? Edit: Please don't take it as I am attacking anyone because I 100% am not or intend to be. I am just saying what I see and honestly think there is a lack of motivation to continue a gamemode that has been going on for years now. Humans get bored of things and its awesome that we've had a community stick around it for years but all things must come to an end.
