Hey guys GunnRunnFour been playing invade for a while but changed up to altis life a bit over a week ago. I've been trying out a few different roles in the game medic and civilian still trying to get in a public slot for the police, and just loving the action in the game lost my kidney a few times been kidnaped only managed to remove my first kidney very proud moment didn't make it to the dealer though ? Just wanted to say keep up the good work straya and hopefully see some of you out their.

I'm cramming two suggestions into one thread. First up: Restricting faction gear. Idiots like to run around in OPFOR geat to get dat sweet <10% armor bonus, then get shot by teammates. Heeheeheehee. Except when the point system is more fleshed out, and you lose points for that teamkill. i don't recall if there are any AAF enemies, but if there are, same rule applies. Next up is groups. In my opinion, all players should start out in no group, with periodic reminders to join one. When people start slotting, we often end up with 5+ groups of 1-3 people who just picked a slot in Alpha #-# and no coordination. Actively having to select a group goes a long way in the player psyche. You chose this group - you're more likely to engage with it, and follow the leader. Exclusions to this are mortar team, UAV, and pilots; each of which could also use a dedicated squad name. Ex, Pilots = Golf.

Moving on, I've recently taken a liking to Straya's I&A server, despite the latency an odd hours for Americans. It runs well, is moderate almost constantly by Fitz, and isnt cluttetered with trash scripts. I've also began to get to know a few other frequeters, and figure it was about time I made my presence a bit more official. (As a side note, my in-game handle is Cassidy, but I may change that to reflect my steam name more closely. That, and "Hey Cass" and "Hey CAS" sound too similar on VOIP.) So, howdy. I'm 22 and at university to become a video game producer, programmer, andor designer. I currently work as a server at a sushi bar, and spend my free time making and playing games. I enjoy piloting, mission making, and support roles. I don't listen to any music in particular, and there's currently 3~ feet of snow outside with another 7 inches expected tonight. Glad to be here.

Hey there, Willing to get back into a community again after 4/5 years of floating around, Used to be in the now disbanded GBH, 88th Airborne Division, 4th MSOB. (Over the period of 4/5 years) Big ArmA 2 Fan / Ace Combat, been playing since Chernarus Life for anyone who knows what that is knows that is it was a pain, Used to be a server Admin on the chernarus life and domination server as well. Hey guys! To start off, I'll say that i only really play on the I&A server, I've tried wasteland and it isn't really my thing. I guess I'll say a few things about myself, I'm 19, currently living in Melbourne, Australia and studying civil engineering. I love tanks! If you see me ingame I'll most always be driving something with more than 4 wheels and armour! If you see me driving around I'd be more than happy to give you a lift, but if you mess with my AI gunners you'd better be ready to face my wrath! Generally i don't like to have player crews as I've tried it and every single time it's ended in disaster, but if you think you can keep up with me then we might be able to work something out. This post is a bit late but better now then never. Hi, my name is Cameron, I live in Perth, Australia and I am 15 years old, I know, some people think I am atleast 18 due to my voice. I am a computer hardware enthusiast and pride myself on my setup and computer, I am currently in Year 10 and am aspiring to do something in Law or commerce once I finish school. I play a variety of games other than Arma III such as CS:GO and many other AAA titles. I also like to help people as it gives me a feeling of satisfaction. Another one of my favourite activities is extreme overclocking, I attend tournaments in the city every year to compete against other fellow overclockers, my record is getting a pentium G3258 up to 5.4 Ghz on liquid nitrogen which ended up dieing a day later :(.

Hi everybody I'm Madigan. If you fight on the Invade and Annex server, no doubt you have seen me around. I am a veteran to combat FPS and have been playing ARMA III on and off (mostly SG servers) since it's release. One day I thought I would try out an RPG server; however, after the first 2 minutes I was shot in the face for pointing an unloaded weapon at a Police Sergent... A little excessive I think, considering I was only a recruit... But whatever... Although I have remained in my one-man wolf pack over recent years, I thoroughly enjoy fighting as a team to complete an objective -> It adds another element to the game that you just don't get solo or with AI. Many years ago I was 2ic of a (now disolved) group, frequently gaming on COD, CODUO and other genres such as IL2 Sturmovik. The reason I mention this, is that I have had experience operating in the "background" and I am happy to offer my assistance and advice constructively or on request. If you feel like having a chat or would like help sorting out an issue, I am more than happy to give you a hand. Recently a community I was with for over 2 years shut its doors which somewhat brings me here. I climbed the ranks there from Server Admin and Moderator, to Head Moderator, Community Manager and then finally an Executive, but unfortunately with lack of funding and player base we decided to our already tarnished name to bed. (multiple owner changes etc) I mostly play CS:GO but branch out to other games frequently. Im excited to join a thriving community and look forward to being a contributing member!

Hello there! I'm 19 years old and from Victoria, real name is Dylan. Mostly play on the PS4 but select a few games to play on PC. Haven't got too much multiplayer experience on Arma, but did play a bit of coop with a friend on Arma II. Recently been looking at getting Arma III and now that I have it I have found this community. I have tried out Invade & Annex and Wasteland but still yet to try Atlis Life, I haven't really got my eyes set out on one that I'd like to get into as of yet. Hope to see many of you out there!

Totally agree with you bud, I'm always trying to get people to use comms edicate and even when I finally get people to do it, within 5-10 mins people start doing it again, but in saying that trying to police something to keep them in check is way to much work to expect from admins. I think all we can really do is keep trying to do it ourselfs and back each other up. Funny thing is barry is usually one of the worst culprits of what the OP is describing, though if it was someone other than him doing it he probably would have helped.

It's only "OP" if you use it to its full potential. Since you always go on about it's rockets on side chat here ya go, it has 1000 30mm rounds that fire in bursts of 20, 2 Falchion-22 srange AA 6 Macer AGMs, 7 HE shrieker rocket pods unguided, 7 AP shrieker Rocket pods unuided and 4 Laser guided GBU-12 Bombs which can be used without a designator if you use it properly. You act as if jets are easy to fly, and you are right they are easy to FLY but nearly everyone I have seen get one can't hit the broadside of a barn with the 30mm Gattling Cannons

We hunted this guy back and forth last night, great RP, and finally brought to justice. Great RP and no juvenile stuff, just a good player doing his thing. Is this the rise of the Super Crim? We will have to wait and see.

weapons and vehicle packs can be client side but would be better serverside. and its called shacktac and i think quicksilver is working on his own one called quacktac
