The headless client is designed to take stress off the server by doing things the server would normally do (eg: database queries). Our hope is this will improve server performance and maybe even stop the server from freezing. Please keep in mind this updates is released as a trial, so there may be a mistake here or there. There are very few of us who will respond to side chat issues because we like to play the game aswell, we do our best like anyone else would to help you guys and make sure you are enjoying your time on our servers. As Axle has stated it is best to contact us on teamspeak in our help desk channels we have provided. We apologise for any issues we may have caused for you but we do our best as volunteers and players just like yourself. @Mokkay Hey brother, Sorry that we couldn't contact you, most of the time as moderators/admins our issues come from our helpdesk channels in teamspeak and not in game. So much so that when most people ask stuff over side, to an admin, another player or support team member will respond most of the time. We do try to get in game as much as possible but as i said most of the time is spent outta game dealing with stuff on teamspeak. At this point in time we are trying to get Admininstrators and moderators to moderate from inside the game, but its hard to organise all of that. Sorry for any issues or problems this may have caused you and we will try to make it so we have people in game that can respond to your needs. Kind Regards Axle_Tiaky

Can you guys implement a system where it will notify you 30 minutes away from restart and will have somekind of timer. I've seen several servers using this mod. Btw, as I see there are many staffs, but they aren't doing their duties. I tried calling them and telling my problem nicely in Side chat but none responded. Sry if I went too far.

I've got almost 1000 hours on arma and I've never seen stretching like this on my new rig. When i had my old graphics card it did this and a few other things and then it went. It also did it in other games like bf3. Might be nothing but like lazyshot said it's worth checking.

If ya say so... but then again I have had similar things like this happen to me in Arma 3 but not to this extreme.does anything like this happen in other games.? I to have lost a card or 2 after they started to artifact but it looked a little different to this before they died....check temps when this happens see if you get high heat spikes as high heat can cause artifacts..

I'd like to congratulate all of the staff and members at StrayaGaming on the success of this community, and for reaching 6000 members only 10 months after being half that amount. That's amazing growth! I, and many other community members I'm sure, would not be here without the effort and dedication that the StrayaGaming staff put into the game servers and the community itself. I personally have seen more than one gaming community fall apart and stagnate because of apathy within the community, and StrayaGaming is the polar opposite of that situation. Community members are engaged, staff are friendly, fair and welcoming, and the game servers/forums/Teamspeak are all well-structured and thought out in their management. Otherwise the community would have experienced numerous issues due to this rapid growth. Everyone who has contributed to StrayaGaming should be proud of what it has become. Congratulations, ya magnificent bastards!

I remember getting those in games when my old graphics card was dying

So I've seen a lot of churches around, and I decided that I would start putting them to use. Not sure how well this will turn out but oh well. I wish to start a new religion, where we worship the almighty Ad Min and their power to remove people from this "world" where we live. Any time I am on the server I will be either walking around spreading this order, or I shall be inside a church offering sanctuary to those seeking shelter. Not sure how long I'll keep this up, but I thought it would be something cool to try out. I would just like to post a update. So far i have raised $257 (in cash)

So i am making this post because we get a lot of posts asking the same thing over an over. From now on, we won't go explaining why we chose to make that decision you will simply be directed here. Q. Hey you guys should add Task Force Radio to the server. It would add a more intense level of realism and increases squad communication by a lot making the experience overall better. A. While yes it would be fun and more realistic to have the Task Force Radio mod on the server. It would need to be a requirement to play because all the correct frequencies would need to be setup. This cannot be done without the modules that come with the mod. You might then suggest to make it an optional mod because yes, that would somewhat work. We tried this in a test with some players and it worked great. But there were problems where players in tanks couldn't communicate with their long range radios to other players because they were using vehicles from opposite factions, eg the Kuma (AAF). There would also be the problem where, some pilots would want to use the mods but others wouldn't. Communication with the pilots would become messed up as some pilots wouldn't be able to hear other pilots. Or the pilots using TFAR would need to be in a different Channel so they can comm with other TFAR users. Q. When are you guys making a Tanoa Invade an Annex? A. We aren't. For the time being. Why? Well the player base for Tanoa I&A is not present in the Oceanic Region. When Tanoa was first Released there was a server on Tanoa for I&A. Most people played it for a day and got bored and went back to Altis. Tanoa is also part of the Apex DLC and a lot of people do not have it as some believe it is not worth for what you get. Getting A Tanoa I&A would also cut out of the playerbase of the Altis I&A server. which decreases the fun for everyone. Q. When are you guys making a modded Invade an Annex? A. The Same Reason we aren't making a Tanoa I&A. because the playerbase for a modded Invade an Annex isn't present in the oceanic region. While yes there would be a somewhat consistent playerbase, many players would return to Vanilla I&A because that's where the rest of the players are. Its not fun flying 2 people back an forwards in a black hawk simply because its a black hawk. Q. Why don't you guys start a milsim/realism group thats like I&A? A. Because we have tried this in the past and it doesn't work. There are plenty of Milsim units around that do the job. Wasteland due for a bank wipeout Yes you have read right. Its a new year, February will be a new month, and your wasteland team has deemed it necessary to start anew. F&Q What does this mean?! SPEND!!!! Spend like you've never spent before! For any money you have left over after the wipe is forever gone. What date is the wipeout to occur? The date the bank wipe will occur is to be decided at a later date/ later this month What if a player hasn't been on the forums or ingame for the past month to see this/ the warnings? We are afraid that is just too bad. (Should be more active to see these things ) Please note. any comp request in relation to this wipe will be denied. What if i withdraw and hold onto my money? Think again, we will have a unfortunate surprise in store for you. Whats this about a cap reduce? Along with the wipe, our bank accounts will be set to hold a maximum of 2.5 million instead of the current massive 8 million. We will be monitoring this change to see how it affects the overall server experience for both long term/ Veterans & new comers. Why?!
