(50 Words min) I was a experienced STG, I have been promoted senior constable and STG in Brisbane department & detective back in 2018, i have been doing my cop duty actively and never left the cop force, i was overloaded with detective work when i took over medic COM position while working hard trying to bring medic force alive and i quited detective and back to GD as a STG. i have been doing GD STG work for months with 0 discipline record back in cop and server. The reason i got demoted back to sen con is because i return back to detective when detective desperately need some new member and i don't have the heavy workload like what i have when i just got my COM position. The demotion was require when you join a division , which is unfair because i didn't got my Stg from GD but within division....anyway it wasn't a disciplinary demotion. But yeah my past service as Stg and my activities on server should proof that i am a a good stg material. i know i know , i am not very keen on being CO due to language and communication, but however i have been actively taking drone position which is a position supporting CO at GD and major robbery, i will still take CO when there is no officer available , and the drone proven information always help GD and Robbery since they can get real time and most up to date information where CO can't provide. I never hide my disadvantage , i am not pro as being CO, but it shouldn't be the barrier for my promotion since i have other advantages and which should out weighted my disadvantage. I am also very active and dedicated to the APD ever since i joined back in late February 2020. I believe that i have the leadership skills to CO banks due to being apart of an ARMA 3 military simulator community, where there i often take leadership roles. Battle of the Best - All or Nothing Battle of the Best is back and its bigger than ever before! The Altis Life Team will be hosting a team death match tournament with teams battling it out to prove they are the best. In this edition of Battle of the Best, each player must "buy in" to compete with the tournament winning team walking away with the majority of the pot. Teams of 5 will battle it out with each match having taking place in a different environment and a unique feature. The Key Details: When: 17/5/20 at 5PM AEST Registration: All Teams must be pre-registered using this registration form The Buy in: 4 million dollars per player - 20 million in total Teams will receive their own TS channel and must be in it from 4:30pm AEST to ensure that all gear is handed out and no issues occur Registrations will close on Saturday 16/05/20 at 11:59PM AEST. The Pick Em Tournament will become available after Midnight How it will work In a double elimination bracket, teams will battle it out head to head, in a Best of 3, 10 minute round match. Each matches arena and unique feature will be revealed to each teams prior to the match beginning. The number of matches depends on the number of teams that register. All gear will be provided by staff with all gear required to be handed back to staff at the conclusion of the event. Staff reserve the right to punish anyone that leaves with gear spawned in. The Team Leader will be required to provide the buy in money when specified by staff. We will be running a Pick Em Tournament with the winner also receiving part of the pot! This will be made available before the event to place your predictions! Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) I belive i deserve a promotion to SGT as i have significant experience on cop and on straya in general. I have been in the position before and thrived. I know all the banks well and have developed effective strategies for winning. I actively take CO both on GD and during operations. I always complete my training's to a very high standard and actively mentor lower ranking officers in the APD as well as offer advice to my peers. I know the protocols very well and do my best to enforce and follow them at all times. Although i had a step back recently i see myself as a leader and someone with alot of experience and i believe i would be an asset to the GD team with my return to SGT.
