(50 Words min) Whilst i have been senior detective i have enjoyed every minute of it, From taking CO on GD, to helping Pull hunters for banks i have learnt a lot. I believe i deserve a promotion because of the immense amount of effort i put into the APD and detectives. I am actively taking CO, completing inductions as well as helping other up and coming members of the APD to strive to do better. Further more i have been putting a lot of time into CIU, from House painting, to House Raids i have really started to Learn fully what it takes to Be apart of CIU. Overall i believe that i have achieved a lot at senior constable and i feel that i am ready to move on up. Who would recommend you for a promotion? I enjoy teaching people and helping people it's one of my main focuses and if I can do anything to help others or teach others ways to do something better I'll always go for that option. I'm a man who likes being given criticism of my work because it allows me to change my work to better others and help myself in the process on becoming a better person/worker. Teaching lower ranks is definitely a key aspect keeping the APD running because without competent teachers we get incompetent and misinformed workers. I guess my main focus would be helping with any sort of documents, trainings or teaching issues that come up so that we can work together to rectify any form of miscommunication. Miscommunication is a major issue sometimes and can be the downfall of work places luckily we have a great team currently helping to communicate, teach and alter documents so we don't have an issue like so. The academy team sounds like a great fit for me no matter the task because I enjoy teaching and training lower ranks the right thing because it's the satisfaction of seeing a person you've trained grow and evolve within the APD to become a bright and competent officer. I would like the honour of training people to experience myself the satisfaction of having trained/recruited a competent officer. Not to mention on top of that I have been asked to join the academy by JotJTX for which I can only presume is for my skills and previous trainings/work done with the APS. If there was a recommendation or "anything else" section I would've put it there. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: I have many skills that can be used in Academy. My attention to detail, my activity, my work ethic and that's only to name a few. I have worked on documents such as training guides and protocols before and would love to continue doing so as I believe it would be a waste of my talent to not do so. Academy definitely needs more people to help out from what I hear and I am more than happy to take on the responsibility. Not to mention but to have such an active member would definitely bring attention to the Academy side, the real nuts and bolts of the APD. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)?: Honestly, I can work in both. My skills I gained through the Altis Paramedic Service would allow me to function as both an enlistment and training officer as I did both during my time there. I am aware they may have slight changes to the way trainings are handled but it was the same for the APS which allowed me to freely do both inductions/whitelisting trainings and all trainings from combat response to aviation. Sure, the protocols for APS has indeed changed but that doesn't effect my ability to instruct/do trainings, nor does it impeded my ability to fill out paperwork. My skills are definitely an asset to both sides but then again to pick one or the other is incredibly hard as I'm more than happy to do both. "IF" I had to chose one it would be training as I see myself as a great trainer for those around me. How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department Academy?: I can dedicate as much time as needed to the Academy Department as required/needed. I'm happy to be involved whenever and where ever necessary. I do play civilian sometimes but I can lower the amount to prioritise academy work. Have you ever been the subject of Disciplinary Action within the APD? If so when and why?: I think I had an extra week of Taser Probation when I first started playing cop. Other than that I have not. I want to join academy because of my love for teaching and helping people in need. I see that currently Academy on has around 3 active enlistment members and I hope I could assist the team with any paperwork or training that is required to be completed. Because everyone is locked inside their houses the server as seen a rise in player count which means more players/police need to be trained on what is required from them as their current rank, I want to see the server rise and I want to see the cop force be as powerful as we can possibly be, so I hope me joining Academy and training the people in need of training helps with keeping our reputation as a force to be reckoned with. I am bringing my hundreds of hours on cop and on the server and my extensive game knowledge, I have experience training new and old players on other servers. I have a very practical way of teaching were I use in game and real life examples to teach people certain points since I believe just putting a slideshow in front of someone and expecting them to have their full attention is not a good way of teaching. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)? Ideally, I would like to work in both Enlistment and Training but if I was to choose, I would like to work in Enlistment because of the current rise in new players but I would be glad to help the training side of Academy whenever they would need my assistance. It only takes 12-15 mins for those to respawn, not 45. There's a few reasons for this, one of the main ones being that most pilots can't fly it and we don't want a full one going down every few minutes. It also leaves less passengers for the other pilots.

Side Mission Dilemmas Typically when the Side Mission is completed if you don't call dibs or if you don't hustle your ass over to the reward someone else will take it. To create a new way of solving this problem you could implement a system much like the current transport point scheme where if you are within 2km's of the Side Mission when it completes you earn points. You could them implement a system like what Altis Life has when you buy vehicles from a terminal and have options to utilise those points gathered and a vehicle spawns on a selected location. Obviously, a Prowler AT could only be like 10 points for say but a Armed Blackfish might be 100 and, at the end of every side mission you could only get lets say 90 points based on the average completion rate of the Side Mission the points can vary. For instance, the Enemy Regenerator could only give 60 points as it is fairly easy but, the Rescue POW as it has a 22% completion rate could give 120 points. This would also give incentive for users to complete harder missions and join with other users to complete it. One problem that may be faced is that if 2 people complete the Side Mission cooperatively then effectively they will receive double the standard points and be able to spawn two rewards. To solve this issue you could add a point-transfer system which allows users to transfer a selected amount of points to another user to they can together get a reward to share. So less points per completion but can share points. Another way to solve this issue is to have a rate of change on the points received, compared to the amount of people completing the Side Mission compared to its difficulty. I Suggest that we Heavily reduce the time it takes for the Blackfish Air-Vehicle to spawn. as i mostly play Invade and Annex for the Blackfish experience, and having to wait what feels like 45 Minutes for a new one to spawn is crazy in my mind. I'm not the only one to have complained about this, but as a donator i'm trying to voice my open opinion about it.. People would be so happy for this to change, thanks
