Honourable Mentions: xGenos You have been one of the more noteable pilots throughout this week in getting players in deep and going the extra mile to get them in safe and making sure they are in fighting condition when they get there. @AusCafeRacer Seems like this is the week for pilots - this week you've been flying like a pro, steady the whole way and a good inspiration to our newer pilots. Hopefully your luck doesn't run out like it has for me and you have many safe flights not hitting trees. @Kanedogg An early morning player that keeps things running smoothly. Not much needs to be said here, you are a long time player that always shows initiative and expertise in what you do; we are thankful to have you around to control the rowdy early morning'ers.

Back when FiveM was first gaining popularity a few of us now ex-managers said they should branch in, back then they had the opportunity especially with staff and players but got turned it down. Too late now

As the title says, can the "devs" allow the Profiling branch on the server. it's been proven to increase FPS and does not affect the server in any way. It use to work back before 11.7

I am pretty sure it’d be much more easier to find developers for FiveM than for Altis life. Altis life IS dying as it’s old, nothing getting fixed or updated and people are generally bored of it. It’s impossible to deny that and if we want a good half of the network alive, a new server for that part of the community is definitely a good idea. It is definitely a tough network to break into a new playerbase but since we do already have an established community, much of it being roleplay related, it won’t be as challenging as those very new networks of servers just starting out so it’s definitely a good idea to reconsider trying it. At this point nothing is a waste of time, AL is completely dying as a lot of dedicated players have left, and I’m pretty sure we’re raking in good funding from Squad and I&A so it’d be a fantastic investment. If it doesn’t work out, it doesn’t work out. As bad as this sounds, I’m sure this network is making enough money to waste time developing a server and having a crack at a reliable community.

You'll have to find committed developers and its a hard game to break into- especially for a new server. If it goes well it'll make bank but if it flops like it did the last time, just another waste of time.

Player Of The Week 16/8/2020! It's that time of the week again where the I&A staff huddle together and give their thoughts on player interactions over the week. It was a close call for this weeks Player of the week with 2 players going above and beyond for the community it was a difficult decision but we would like present the Player of Week Award to @STYX 1 x Months Whitelisting For his tenacious hunger in getting players to work as a team and approach AO's in an organised manner (tactically) working off one another compared to the usual Rat Race of I wanna hit it first. Honorable Mentions: We would also like to extend recognition to the following players for their outstanding and consistent efforts in creating an enjoyable and enriching gaming experience within StrayaGaming I&A. @ivi_bullets_ivi For taking charge of situations where players are getting frustrated and guiding them to work on the same path to achieve their goals. @Felopher For his dedication to Transporting players in a timely and efficient manner, with helicopter placement when approaching and landing at AO or during Defences whilst also assisting down players from his vehicle to nearby medics to receive treatment. On Behalf of the StrayaGaming I&A Team CONGRATULATIONS to the above players for their tremendous efforts and to the many other participants that keep amazing us with your actions day in and day out.

Player Of The Week 9/8/2020! Following on with the successful and well received awards for player of the week, this being our second week since its inception and the Player of the Week for this week the I&A staff have identified @Mama Bear as the recipient! We believe Mama Bear has shown tremendous dedication to her role as Medic, throughout the past week, I’m sure you have all received medical attention in the heat of fire. A long serving player, reserved, doesn’t say much, but actions speak louder than words. Always makes the effort regardless of distance and the obstructions of the AI to get you back up on your feet. Hopefully you enjoy your months whitelist Mama Bear! Honourable Mentions: It was a close pick between 3 players again this week the following players coming to notice as potential recipients. @Will22, One of our younger pilots, since he became a member of the Straya community. A no nonsense pilot who always strives to get you to your LZ safely. His ability always improving the more he gains experience. Definitely one to watch Sgt Paddle, who although has been a long serving player, is more than happy to guide and assist players with regards to general operations, logistics and tactical approaches. Usually partaking in non-rewarding tasks, he gets it done, and does it well. We've taken absolute notice of how much of a positive influence you've both been and want to show our appreciation for it, thank you both for being valuable members of SG. Congratulations to all of you, thank you for being involved in the StrayaGaming Community, your support to the players, Staff and the community has been outstanding.
