thats why you need to grow up in a country town. no one cares how old you are it is weather you are mature enough for a drink (not really, its more about if you can hold down your booze and who you can out drink)

Well to be honest i don't really want to get drunk again (that was my own promise) until i'm at that legal age because drinking a king cup with vodka, wine, med strength beer, some other shit and soft drink. also adding 3-4 beers before i drank that king cup well some how i was still standing. 

but i found out im a light drinker

fair enough. Kings cups can get interesting let me tell you. But that is a story for another day. Just learn to pace yourself and you will be fine
