I'm in srt i was in srt gear and as far as im aware there isn't any rule that prevents me taking gd units with me it was actually encouraged by gd / srt working together to remove the divide that srt are better and above everyone else (Which i don't consider myself i see every cop equally and feel they all should be able to participate within reason the 2 cops on my chopper were using the appropriate weapons at the time) and also as far as im aware people who are in your chopper don't have to be in polair to participate Engaging in firefight with pawnee ? Firstly you have no evidence you weren't even there or even in the TS as far as i know you've linked a video from someone else as your own evidence the video does not even exist you have no evidence whatsoever and you blatantly lie about the incident in which i will expect you to be punished after i prove you're a liar (The truth was we were patrolling altis had just come from scouting the cocaine field my plan was to fly over fed then to coke processing then back to sydney however as we got to fed there was a (SP) pawnee flying towards us i veered off away from him told mitch and continued to leave the prob cop was fooling around and fired 2 rounds into ocean at least 800 - 1km away from the pawnee and i told him don't shoot if you shoot again and we get dec'd on i will get you blacklisted he made some silly comment about fish in the ocean we then continued to fly away and just observe from a distance i called in fed was gonna be robbed hope spoke over me saying im wrong then 1 sec after saying that fed got hit off i then scouted fed from a distance relaying information to our police force on vehicles / people once everyone was kitted up and they moved into fed i landed at the back of telos (windmill) once it was cleared and moved up on foot with harry and al shebab eventually pushing into fed and securing it Al shabab and Harry can both confirm if needed Also like to say Milkdud was aware of me in SRT Gear / Chopper we responded to a incident at the jail i also continued to patrol after that until returning to sydney at the time i had cables as my gunner no issue I am not part of Pol Air i was whitelisted to have access to larger helicopters for transport i am part of SRT as far as i know they are 2 separate divisions and he pretty much has no say in what i do as SRT i answer to milkdud and my comissioner wex not a sergeant he also informed me he does not care what wex or mitch say because his polair lead and his say is above them "Apparently" I've actively asked for permission for pretty much everything to either wex / mitch or milkdud when im unsure all 3 can confirm this when they aren't on and im unsure i go to helpdesk and ask admins This is the kind of stuff that is toxic in the PD and makes it annoying to play cop and should be stopped Any other information: I have footage of some of the events and im happy to give links to wex , mitch , milkdud so they can deal with it appropriately I have 3 requests for my defence 1.Obtain the conversation between me and jeniliquen last night in which he was questioning why i was flying because hope had complained (Hope i believe personally is the instigator of this so check logs between jen and him as well) 2.Provide video evidence of each of the claims he has made 3.If found to be lying about any of the above claims i expect him to be dealt with appropriately as i don't take personal attacks or slander kindly Officer who placed warning was also apparently rdming cops (jebediah can confirm he was rdm'd by Kassandra) Some evidence of what actually happen and how most issues were dealt with while i was flying The following officers all have comments on the discipline appeal as well as being involved directly all have said they are happy to support what i have said above as true Steven Martinez , Krypkii , Jebediah , Al shebab , Warden others involved include harry and Thekiller

I still think that cops should be able to do rebel activities, just discipline them if they hand cop gear over to rebels IN THE SAME GANG OR ANOTHER GANG AND THEN HAVE IT TRANSFERED. At the end of the day this is just a game that we all play because we find it so enjoyable and people are going to find it less enjoyable if restrictions keep getting put in place. We shouldn't have to limit the way we play because of rule breakers, we should help the staff ban and watch list those who break rules rather than stopping us from having fun because there is a slight chance that we will exploit it to its potential. Many cops love playing both rebel and cop, they shouldn't be limited in cop because they want to play rebel as well. Don't get me wrong, if this goes through cops will exploit this to transfer armor and weapons from their cop account to their rebel account. If they do this the ban/watchlist them and help raise awareness within the cop force to stop this because the staff and support team are never going to be able to find those who are doing things wrong so we, the cops, need to take it into our own hands to not only punish those breaking rules but also warn others of the potential punishment as a deterrent to stop it from happening in the first place. Transferring gear is the main reason I think that this could potentially not work, there may also be some issues with effort put into banks if cops have involvement in the gang robbing the bank (however most of the time they will part take in the robbery themselves making this a relatively small issue). If you feel that there are other reasons why cops should not please let me know as I am open to suggestions and also criticism.

An argument that has been made about allowing cops to play as a rebel is that it will balance the population and the civ to cop ratio. For example we had 15-25 cops and there were about equal amounts of civs. Most the cops that were playing were fully dedicated cops and were restricted to only playing cop. If we allowed some of the full time cops to play on rebel, there would be a better balance in the civ to cop ratio. Another idea that was brought up was a holiday. Around 5 or so days a month you can take a break off cop and do whatever you like. Going full time cop is a massive sacrifice and sometimes we need to have a break.
