I believe I deserve a promotion because I am on almost every day, I enjoy being CO and leading operations. I have had no disciplinary actions in my two years on the police force and I know the SOP's and protocols of the police force. Becoming a sergeant would allow me to use my skills more effectively both on GD and in the Detectives division as I will have access to more tools such as hatchbacks and drones. I actively complete induction training on recruits and to a high standard, I believe the induction training is the first part of making a great officer and so I thoroughly train them. It has been my goal since the very start to become Senior Sergeant and I think this is the promotion I need to educate myself and prepare myself for Senior Sergeant. (50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion due to the amount of dedication I've into the APD and the amount of time I've put in, everyday. Before I go on GD I make sure that I do every Pub slots induction training and I try my best to do as many Polair tests as possible, I also place confidence in my leadership skills and when I am co I can make things happen and I will make things happen, I also believe that I should be promoted not just on my leadership skills but on me actually helping people I try to go with recruits as much as possible so I can teach them as many things as possible like how to ticket, process, and much more I'm also a really dedicated towards this police department as I am on every single night for hours on end to make sure that everything is great. I know a lot of you guys don't know me, or briefly know me as "a squeaker", but mainly just for the guys in the APD and stuff, I am going to be taking a break from all servers and focusing on becoming better at combat and other things. I just want to take some time off to improve as much as I can before coming back. I am going to be working really hard in the meantime, hopefully coming back a better cop and more skilful than I am now.
