(50 Words min) I believe that i have the qualities of discipline, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and a sense of teamwork in me which are desperately needed in a sergeant. Also since the day I joined the APD i have never been subject to any kind of police disciplinary action and have been performing my duties diligently which shows my character, whenever possible i have guided and helped the new recruits to the best of my ability and helped them grow. I do not wish to control the recruits and junior officers, rather I wish to be their mentor and help them reach their goal at the APD. By becoming a sergeant I wish to be the link between the recruits, prob constables, constables and the cabinet by being a ice breaker. I believe that promotions are given to people who deserve them and they shouldn't be asked. But i must follow the policy made by the management and therefore I'm submitting my expression of interest. Who would recommend you for a promotion? The first time i was in SRT in Greg's team i didn't leave the team was shut down by brad. Second team was with MATT and i left after the day i joined wasn't really in the team. 3rd Team was Apollo's i was in the team a long time till we all made a group decision to leave and we stuck with it and left. I dont think i should of been blacklisted as i didn't do anything wrong to be i only left 1 time from a team i was in and played in Why the appeal should be accepted: i understand if i did something like bleach did to be blacklisted but i didn't i played in SRT did my job and left due to us just not having any fun from killing everyone who was trying to fight us. Hey all, I just thought I'd share with you all my air practice map/mission I've put up on the Steam Workshop. I've used it to practice heli/jet flying and target practice. I'm hoping this might be of some help to aspiring pilots. Valkyr is a diamond in the rough, she has potential to do great things for this PD but she still has improvements to be made, with time and experience and the ability she has demonstrated to learn from mistakes I feel that she has what it takes to take on the responsibilities of Sergeant. Hopefully a promotion will not just motivate her to put her 110% in at all times but allow her the ability to refine herself to be the best she can be. Best of luck +1

Valkyr is the type of cop who Non Stops does induction and help out the new players she is also very nice and kind to people so i truly believe that she is Sargent martial. also Balkyr you should join academy you would be great there xD PLUS 1

They have already stated that giving donating players better equipment etc... Is against Bohemia's terms of service.

whitelist slots on I&A is kind of stupid unless your a pilot.... can we add better customization for slots and possible add a whitelist tank slot that allows him to choose a different type of tank from the general ones.. i.e a kaj or cheeta i realise these can be achieved from side missions but aside from 1 skin there is no incentives for most I&A players to actually donate.
