(50 Words min) I think I deserve a promotion due to my Continuing Dedication and persistence while conducting GD as well as performing my Academy duties to a high standard. I continuously Perform GD at a high standard Enforcing Protocols as well as assisting and training new Constables, Senior Constables and Sergeants. While on GD I encourage Everyone to have a go at COing and I try to help the new Senior Constables gain confidence while running GD with high numbers or during stressful situations, During this I give them advice on how to make sure everyone is doing something or help them manage a tough situation. A part of my responsibilities as Senior Sergeant is making sure everyone is Adhering to the protocols while on GD and I believe I have done that by working with CO’s to make sure everyone is clear on what to do, Issuing Gate duty when necessary and Backing CO when they make a Call. Over the Past 2 months as a Senior Sergeant I feel I have grown into a good leader and someone who people come to for help or advice. This is something that I can carry with me throughout the rest of my APD Career, I also think in my 2 years of playing cop this has been the biggest Impact I have had on the APD and I hope to continue to do so as an Inspector. Since my first time Enlisting in the APD I have changed into a more responsible and mature person, I think that I have shown this over the past 9 months performing a range of jobs for GD Command as well as passing down knowledge that I have received from Command members and Cabinet. Player Of The Week Initiative! The I&A Staff Team and Community Team have decided to bring in a new initiative for positive player interaction. This initiative entails a month whitelisting of a single player at the end of each week decided by I&A staff; to have the chance of being picked as the Player Of The Week you need to be a positive influence within the I&A server. This positive influence can range from simply being a happy-go-lucky player to being a player that takes initiative towards problems within the server and community. I approach my time playing on the APD with a positive attitude and I am always attempting to do my best. I am able to operate under stress and with multiple situations occurring simultaneously and effectively respond to all of them. We believe Tedd has shown tremendous resilience throughout the last 3 weeks and he has improved greatly from the first time he came on the I&A server only a short time ago. Wasteland Update 7.0 Back to Basics. This update contains a plethora of changes to the core functions of the game mode; this includes massive map changes, a store price overhaul, and several changes to player loadouts. See more in the full change log below. Principal Additions and Changes: All Items in all stores have been re-priced to an appropriate price. Several new custom vehicles added to vehicle store. Gun only jets re-introduced. Territory Capturing will be quicker for each player capturing. Voice Chat for Side Channel has been enabled for BLUFOR/OPFOR. AI Handicap lowered (You'll find it easier to kill AI vehicles now). Night time cycle sped up. Spawn with $3000. Mission Crate content updated. Role Specific spawn loadouts added. E.g. Riflemen will have a better rifle than a medic, Snipers will spawn with a marksman rifle. Numerous changes to map layout. More ATMs added to map. Drone Loadouts revised. Carrier moved to Deep water in the north eastern sea. Modifications and Tweaks: Tactical Pings now appear on the map. Repelling removed. Territory capture rate refreshes every 5 seconds. Coastal patrols spawn less and over ocean not land. Helicopter missions made less frequent. Maximum active missions changed to 4. Reduced Mortar Rearm cost. Reduced Lockpick, Salvage, and Portable Quadbike time. Demining Drone removed. Teambalancing no longer locks you to enemy team. AI less likely to hold AA launchers. Underbarrel Yellow smoke causes toxic effects. Smoke dischargers may be used by vehicle drivers and gunners. Explosives may now be placed up to 30m from stores. UI Colour changed to keep things looking fresh. Sniper Crates more frequent from military missions. Flatten grass script added. Cape Cod is a spawnable town. Loading Image and intro song changed. Veterans will have a tag next to their name on the scoreboard Donators receive a new colour name on the Scoreboard. Staff may be identified by a unique scoreboard name colour. Bug Fixes: OP Helmets provide Gas Mask Properties. On respawn, Sidearms and Designators are loaded. Duplicate Scripts removed from Mission File. Hackers mission fixed. SoMeThInG nEeDs To ChAnGe Bro the thing that needs to change is to stop you civvies losing 1 shipping yard out of 1000 shipping yards then come to the forums going on “how annoying cops are.” GD literally die literally almost every shipping because we do not have tactical mindset nor even have nearly as good gear as you guys. We’re the ones PUSHING with MXs 6.5 and a police cap while you fellas are extensively rubber banding and looking through the floor with lvl4 armour top to bottom and MK200s/zafs/etc - oh and can’t forget about the silent bullets from the 3km away.
