Hey, We've been able to reapply for monetization and now we have it back. Why why why? This means we can can upgrade some servers or get A++ graphics for servers like we did in the past for I&A. This community will also be able to create new events with prizes.This will give you all the chance to put your arma 3 skills to use and win something. This also includes random small give-aways. So Lucky what happens now? In the up coming days we will be updating the missions. Skins will be return to a tiers for AL skins and I&A will be only be one tier. This will be a monthly subscription. This gives all players in I&A the ability to use custom skins again. AL will be getting some new updates and new skins added including the ability to have custom gang clothes and vehicles. Keeping it simple: $10 per month for I&A (All Skins) $10-$30 per month for AL (Tier 1-3) $15 per month for Gangs (Total 5 gangs) Once a supporter always a supporter on forums and TS We will give all past I&A supporters + The Vets 1 month before we make this change. (50 Words min) i think i deserve a promotion because of the dedication i put into the apd as i am on almost every night supporting other officers through their troubles. I have great leadership skills due to my position as a corporal in the army cadets i speak very clearly to my fellow officers to make sure they get the job done. Another reason why i deserve a sergeant position is that i love being in charge of people i take the co role as much as possible when it is available i love to take it because i love to see junior officers take the leap forward because of me giving them the opportunities to take part in diffrent role so they can get an idea of what every role in the apd offers. I believe the more opportunities you give to junior officers the more likely they will want to continue their career in the A.P.D. Hey lads, very recently I had a pretty bad experience with the police whilst playing on civ. I drove to the PD in order to report a crime and immediately got shot at by a pub slot. Seeing as though that's a dec, I drove out of the PD carpark and waited around a corner to kill the police officer (as you do xD). After I killed the cop he returned and instantly started shooting me, meaning he meta-gamed and broke NLR. I managed to kill him again as well as the other 3 cops online at the time. Once the police called the dec off, I messaged the highest ranking police officer who is also staff (I won't name him) and asked him to train up his pub slots. I don't necessarily blame the officers who meta gamed me but I am disappointed at the lack of effort of the higher ranking officers in the force. Anyways, later on in the day whilst playing under the alias Jiinx I attended the police checkpoint that was set up and got arrested for avoiding the checkpoint. I tried to roleplay my way out of it but it didn't work. This is what happened next: Now once again, I don't blame the pubbies for their actions I'm sure they didn't have much experience and were unaware of what they were doing. I instead blame the officer who completely ignored my request to train the pub slots. Police force, pick up your shit. The lack of effort is sad.

Most of the time, not always- You can't help the 10 year old kid hopping on and mass tazing everyone, because they wont know any better. Same goes with trolls. That said, a fair few of pubslots who seemed like trolls at the start, just didn't know what to do, or didn't care- once they started engaging with the game properly, they started doing things properly.

What pubslots do reflects on the whitelisted cops. Pubslots do what they see whitelist cops do, because they think its the right thing to do

I mean I'm all for training pubslots but no1 can prevent a random pubslot acting out, and him tazing you in the pd =/= dec with whole police force, especially since you went and hid around the corner, meaning no one in the police force would have known about the 'dec'. Obviously you just wanted to start trouble, and it's what you got. The video is pretty badly edited, however your premise is true; the first clip (where you said the officer said your name), is unclear. I must say though, there is a mentality that everyone has their correct licenses on them at all times (hence the searching for licenses), as it is a windows key menu. A PD wide notice on the db to clarify that, and a less cheeky you would fix the issues you had.

On the forums and TS you keep whatever you have and build on it like normal. the only change is in game with tiers expiring.

Because of my long time experience on the server and as a cop i have seen it go through hard and easy times and i have been lucky enough to say i've been through it, because of this i have taken note of higher ranks and how they act and show there experience and skill leading the cop force so i know how to act and how not to act. I by far understand that my record of disciplinary actions will have a large take in my application but i believe that i have changed and if i become a sergeant i will know that the higher up still believe in me and i can try harder and show that i can make a difference in the force and its officers. Yea sounds good, and seems bout right tbh, but it does get to a point where u could be Power Gaming. Just imo I would just keep that in mind. But sometimes the best way for them to learn is to just do and watch the senior officer.

Only thing is the gun barely recoils when fired, but I hope they fix this. There is no screen for the gunner to look at to see the targeting of the main gun like an Abrams, but you right-click to switch to the gunsights. But this is a good incentive to use the first person view for more immersion. Tigris and T-100 labelling of switches is in Russian, the Kuma labeling should be in German instead of English, maybe they changed it for the export market. Roleplaying a soldier who shoots everything that moves is a bit different to roleplaying a police officer that has to follow protocol and server rules before even taking a shot. I see your point though, the roleplay on AL is underwhelming at best. By that I mean that if there even is roleplay, it's usually pretty bad.
