(50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion because I dedicate my hardship, time and dedication into the APD in which I have moved my way up to ranks to Senior Constable which I have been in position for 2 weeks now. I wish to further work in my current division Academy and move up the ranks to Cabinet in the APD. Furthermore, I believe the position of Sergeant would suit me because of I'm also a cadet about to go onto a lance corporal in the Australian Army Cadets which has taught a lot of leadership skills that I wish to further in the APD to help new recruits and people moving into the constable and senior constable ranks, to rise up to the challenge of taking CO and guiding and training them to make it an enjoyable experience for the officers on GD and the CO commanding them. Finally, I believe that the Sergeant role would suit me because it brings more responsibility onto me in which I can be a mature individual of the APD who can handle this responsibility to the best of my ability and be a key person for fellow officers to come to if they have any problems or concern. Michael Phelps has been a dedicated and great officer of the APD. His commanding skills are good and knows how to be strict but just. Michael will be a great Sergeant that lower ranks will easily be able to approach with their problems or issues. +1

May I also add that a person by the name of 'Chapo'/'Chapo Guzman' has been busted on ALRP as a pedophile a while back & he has admitted to it. If you do let her on, ensure that you trust the people around her & those in charge of the servers (If you ever let her venture out of SG). If anyone is harassing anyone on server relegate it to a Mod or Admin at the time. Asking on the forums - post incident is not going to help, as the perpetrators may not even be registered here. But also on Wex’s point - The game is rated M 17+ On the ESRB, and even more so if Playing online. So at least Supervise your sister if your able to. From personal experience anyone younger then 13 shouldn’t really be playing online without someone older being/playing with them as people that young don’t tend to be able to react well to these kinds of incidents.

I am writing this not to bash on all cops but to point out a few of them and the stupid shit they get away with. Recently one of our gang members had the highest bounty on the server is was around 5.3 million he was knocked down and brought to the PD for processing everything was fine until he was sent to jail for a whole 7 minutes although the minimum time for this amount of a bounty is 15 minutes although you have to take into account he had killed 67 people which was ordered by Farmer George. We took this to the command team and from what we know he was given a slap and the wrist and a verbal warning and we were told that this was a one time event that would never happen again. The next day this happened again he had a 5.5 million dollar bounty this time the pubslot processing him was told to send him to jail for 7 minutes this time it was ordered by Ash. We went to command team again and guess what nothing ****ing happened. Today while I was playing medic we were RDMed and a cop by the name of Fushionable came and took all of our gear while we were dead this made me very pissed off and I screamed at the cop for a bit then I was tased taken out of asafezone unrestrained, tased again and then killed. I took this to helpdesk and they got a laugh out of it and then put me in issues resolved. Next, I went to the command team about this cop killing me and there was no one there so I poked Augnov I got no reply poked him later again no reply, poked him later got no reply got pissed off and sent him a lovely message this cop I doubt will be punished for what he did. Again their are SOME good cops but some of the shit cops get away with is ****ing rediculous!

Getting a shorter punishment in this case was a problem as we had a lot less time to attempt to break him out, as he wanted to keep his bounty.

Am I reading this right? You are getting pissed off at a cop for giving you a SHORTER punishment? Totally agree, cops getting away with giving lower punishments is ***ing rediculous (<- Sarcasm in case you were wondering) What a load of What annoys me more is some players not using appropriate channels to report staff/cops etc. Also, I feel like my signature is being ripped off by someone.
