I was SRP before that though Badge Number (If applicable): Was 104 Reason for being blacklisted (If unknown, write what is written in the database): Abusing cops in ts. Why did you do what you did: I did it cause I died in a really shitty way and I got really salty and wasn't thinking. Why should you be allowed back, given what you did (Min 75 words): I should be allowed back into the medic force as I wasn't even a medic at the time when this event happened as I had resigned and it had nothing to do with medic. I should also be allowed back into the medic force as I was given blacklisted from cop and got a 2 day ban from AL and ts which was my punishments for what I did and think these punishments were fair enough. What can you bring back to the APS (Min 100 words): I can bring an active service to the Altis Paramedic Service because I get on for at least an hour a day or more and I can bring a friendly and caring service to all of our patients. I also enjoy role play and interacting with people in on this server. I also have had experience with other servers so I am experienced in been a medic and have some quality role-playing skills. I have also done multiple medic trainings on other servers like Rapid Response, Air Response, Placeable Trainings\ and Roleplay Training. I was also a level two trainer for med air and trained a lot of junior paramedics.

Name: Home Steam 64 ID (If Blacklisted): Date of Disciplinary Action: 30/12/18 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: Demotion Who were you Disciplined by: Critters Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: Messing around, not listening to higher up officers orders Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] : To be honest, I dont think I deserved a demotion for my actions, I understand and agree with the officer on why I was in trouble, but I do not think that my actions within two days should result in something so severe, messing around for a small period of time is not always fine, I didn't listen to an officer, but after the 2nd time I followed his command, I had multiple reports about refusing orders of a higher officer, and just generally messing about within the APD Sydney Station My rank (senior constable) I understand was a privilege not a right, I know I am expected more of than what I was achieving, but I believe that this disciplinary action was not needed, I know what I should've been doing and I am extremely regretful of the way I was acting and the things I had done. The way I had performed my gd routine was out of the regular, and I will definitely not slip up like this again, I have changed my attitude and my emotion towards the APD, and I believe I am ready to represent the APD in a much more positive and open way, I promise to represent the APD in a positive light, by showing both my fellow officers and the public respect. What I have done recently is not a summary of who I am, my actions were only a one time thing and I have never wanted this to occur. I believe i should be UnBlacklisted because now I am aware of the rules of SG and i apologies for the mistakes i have committed I am asking for one more chance to be unblacklisted.
