Nope, not for money or anything else... Just looking for expressions of interest for people who would like to run a business, or something of that sort in areas in Sydney, or outer areas and are after some help as far as props, marking on the map in Zeus, help getting the message out. In the last few weeks the Gas and Grits saw some good RP, as did GamingBanana's Ice Cream Parlour. One of the ones I thought about was a Go Kart track, or some other stuff that is easy to do, competitive Sky Diving, or whatever else. Howdy, (Welcome back Spec we <3 you. Yep right back atcha. TLDR thanks for all the well wishes and everyone who came and played other games with me) Moving on... So, in the many battles back and forth I have noticed a lot of the time some of the banter and such is creeping back in. I crack down on this a while back and have been monitoring it and it's ramping back up. If you win at something, bank, gunfight, dec, take the high road and just be gracious. The other party already lost, don't rub it in non stop. It only causes salt, bad blood and drama in the chat no one wants to see. If you lose, fair and square, then, you lost. Take it on the chin. Move on. It shows character. If you lost unfairly, go to Help Desk, not blow up for 20 mins, then go. Also - the swearing. It's to stop. It's a moderated server for names and chat, abuse and foul language has no place in our community. Can I ask the Mods to warn, then start to kick as needed. The odd "sh@t" etc is marginal but "f@ck" "c$&t", way out of acceptable range. It's the rules. Lets keep it a place everyone from 13 - 90 can enjoy. Mad upset people aren't having fun. And if your a bully, your a coward at heart. I am sick of bullies and thugs. Your on notice to adjust your behaviour. -Spec

That's exactly what I do. People give me a budget, requirement of location and whatnot, and I do it all for them. I specialize in high area houses. I've sold houses within 50 meters gun stores, within 50 meters of garages and on main roads of Sydney. I have lots of houses in VERY high value areas for sale. Trust me, I do the high class ones haha.

You all need to understand also when certain situations occur the higher ups have a lot of things to look after such as lower ranks running around like headless chooks, we have to get them organized tactically in addition to weapons and gear. Most of the time the highest rank is also in control of the convoy and a vehicle which can slow down response time. I usually call for someone to respond on my behalf. As for SOA @Yuri I did discuss with you guys previously that we make it a standing order for you to respond to bank/fed and remain external only unless told otherwise to either enter or stand down because you guys are the only cartel at present. Just ensure we know who what and where so we can identify you on the field. As far as messages to dispatch in general the majority of them aren't responded to due to either trolling msgs, invalid RP decs or descriptions of no use such as "help me I just got robbed" no location, no info or description. When individuals are emailed for a response we either do not hear back or we get further non descriptive responses.

@sirgeneralj Not sure if you ever really played cartel but we have to message 3-4 higher ups then send a whole dispatch message before we get an answer from someone about entering for Bank/Fed or for DD (we like to just ask the higher ups so we don't get a "yes" from a pub slot who has no authority and then doesn't inform other cops. @Bonez @Zomboid @Spectral Maybe from now on SoA will send a message saying we ARE coming into syd/melb or we ARE responding to Bank/Fed and if cops don't say No then we can count it as a Yes (just so you know we don't need a response from the highest up, the highest up can tell another white-list to send the message too us on their behalf). After about a week of that then maybe the cops will start to respond to dispatch messages @Nclem and as such this issue will be resolved. If we send it to the highest up and they don't respond because they are AFK that is their problem because cops that are in-game shouldn't be AFK meaning that this could also fix the cop AFK problem. I can fix many problems see... Probably not how they should be fixed but maybe coding Nclems idea (using the TAXI system as a base) would be a good fix and will save lives.

Ive done this one before, having Gym classes. The last couple times ive done them they have provided good roleplay. But with the market equipment its a bit small and not much variety. But thats just a personal thing i'd like in the server for roleplay and help myself out. A couple of EMS boys can be there on site to help out to watch for injuries and provide some good roleplay, while we have Myself and possibly 1-2 more instructors to roleplay the gym and so forth. The EMS have really been on point and strict about their roleplay which is nice to see. (this can be free or charged at a rate which will go towards the EMS) Some other business ops: Like Bananas IC parlour, what about an IC van which can go around the whole city delivering ice cream, have some flashing lights or sirens? Fishing Charters? Regards.

So I've been thinking a bit about this, actually a lot and I have come to a decision that I will be leaving the community, not for good i will still be hanging around TS a bit but I won't be as active as I have just received an offer from a company to start working as a professional videographer and photographer for events and partys and big events held around the world, I've given it a lot of thought and I'm going to take the offer but that means giving up some of my passions like Gaming and this community. Like I said i will still be around i just won't be that active, I've been here for 8 months now and it's been a whale of a time. Making videos (although I know not many) gave me an insight into what making videos and my goal really is, you know that feeling when you see something really cool and then a tingly sensation flows through your body, that is my goal as a videographer, that is my ultimate goal. I thank everyone who I've messed about with over the past few months and sorry to the people I made angry, at the end of the day I love this community and the people In it, and I love you all (no homo). The World Leaders that stand behind me have announced publicly that myself and my colleagues are constantly audited and monitored by them due to my ties with world operations that have been released in a dossier today. With their support, findings and rulings alongside the dossier which shows a clear and concise evidence report of no corruption under any circumstance i laugh in the face of these allegations. I say to the citizens of Altis it's time to wake up and open their eyes and see that the only corruption is amongst themselves and the Altis Government. Hey Gang, I brought this up to Quicksilver the other day & thought I'd drop it in here to see what you thought. First up I thought it would be good to have a whitelist slot for engineers. Secondly, I suggested that we have AI & Maybe a Tank "Kuma!!" for the whitelist guys. At the moment when the server gets full, we have one guy taking all the AI from base for his own personal little squad, leaving none for the rest of the guys. I feel that if all/some of the AI & some of the better vehicles were restricted to whitelist it would encourage some players to donate a bit to access them. We have had this on a few of the servers I have been on in the past & it seemed to work well. Thanks for reading

Excessive conversation irrelevant to the game or by non-pilots in the Discord Aviation channel will result in your removal from the channel. Pilots have priority over other players in this channel. 5. Music is allowed in vehicle/direct chat but must be turned off if requested. Aviation Pilots have their own specialised roles, therefore they come with additional responsibilities. If you have any issues with a pilot, please report the player to a staff member. Pilots must ensure that they are not flying over or near Side Missions that can trigger a timer or cause the enemy to change to an alert state. Heli pads 1-4, the Medevac pad, and the grassed area are to be used as a staging area for passenger transport helis & VTOLs ONLY. Grassed area may also be used as an emergency landing area if required. It is in the best interest of pilots to call their movements when flying around base (e.g Crossing runways, Landing Pad 2/Dusting Pad 2). This should prevent confusion and accidental crashes at base. Please note that pilots are not obliged to follow instructions from a person playing as ATC (Air Traffic Controller), it is up to each pilot if they wish to comply or not. If we determine your piloting skills to be incredibly subpar or disruptive to other players (including in Discord), you may be blacklisted from the role. 1. All pilots and the UAV operator MUST be on our Discord server--in the correct Aviation channel--and communicative. Your microphone can be muted but your speakers must be unmuted at all times. Exception if Discord is down or full. 2. You MUST be a pilot to fly an aircraft. If you are a non-pilot and there are less than 20 players on the server, then you may fly a helicopter in co-pilot. If there are over 20 players: Non-pilots may fly a Hummingbird to and from Side mission only. Pilots are not permitted to fly the Hummingbird located northeast of base (at 'Side' base). Non-pilots are not permitted to fly the Hummingbird(s) at main spawn. 3. Please respect the Discord pilot queue by checking Aviation channel chat. This is done by typing "P1, P2" for Transport Pilots and, "F1, F2" for Fighter Pilots. If you jump the queue, you will be removed from the slot. If someone has jumped the queue in front of you, inform a staff member. Delete your post once you have received a slot. If a pilot's game crashes, it is up to the next pilot in the queue whether they take the slot or wait for the previous pilot to return. 4. At server restart, the pilot slots are first in, first served. Your position in the queue is irrelevant. If you are waiting in the queue near restart time, try your best to get a slot at restart or continue waiting. In the event of a server crash or unscheduled restart, pilots retain their slots where possible. 5. CAS pilots and UAV operators must follow the ROE at all times https://strayagaming.com.au/forums/topic/15329-ia-jetcasartillery-roe/ 6. Only 1 pilot is allowed per aircraft. Exception is if a pilot has requested evac. 7. Transport pilots must land their aircraft on one of the marked pads on the apron at main spawn. If all pads are occupied, find a suitable place to land nearby, such as the grassed area behind the pads. Pilots must give priority to all aircraft needing the Medevac pad. It shall remain clear unless all other marked pads are occupied, or if needed for a priority tasking. The Vehicle Transport Blackfish is to be used to transport vehicles and supply crates ONLY. Transportation of troops in the Vehicle Blackfish is not permitted unless they are in a loaded vehicle. The Vehicle Transport Blackfish is not permitted to land on or near Helipads and must use the Airlift Pad located on the taxiway near runway 22R/04L. All Vehicle and Cargo transport must be loaded from the Airlift pad. 8. Pilots must not play as infantry while in a pilot slot. This includes completing, or attempting to complete, infantry objectives (e.g. Radio Tower, CSAT Commander). Pilots can wait a maximum of 5 minutes for repairs/evac. 9. You must be able to fly AND LAND any aircraft with reasonable competence. If you do not have experience in any aircraft, you may be asked to leave the role. 10. This is a public server. Aircraft are not private/reserved transport. A pilot’s primary role is to provide timely, efficient, and indiscriminate transport of players, vehicles, and cargo to and from objectives for all players. 11. If you are an inexperienced pilot, please consider the time and enjoyment of others. The editor is there for a reason. If you see any player in violation of the above rules, contact a staff member on Discord by submitting a support ticket, or typing !admin ingame.
