Ok so I played on cop for a few hours operating in sydney, and I have to say that the way civilians interpret VLR is not good enough. Tonight's example. bunch of people decided to have a shoot out. so officers respond. however the gunfire attracts more civilians. WHY. VLR GUYS. VALUE YOUR LIFE if you have one life, are you seriously going to run towards the chaos. No, you run away. And in the event that you are caught in the middle of a fire fight, put your hands on your head or go prone. Don't look like a threat and you will be fine. Another thing that bothers me. People have the audacity to winge and say cops can't role play, after they get tazed and restrained. First of all, if you are running around like an idiot in a combat zone and get tazed or killed by a cop don't complain, don't say you are being unlawfully detained. Just by you being there makes you a potential threat/suspect. if you don't want to die, go to jail or receive a ticket don't be there. I'm over the constant abuse cops receive from civilians for being S@#t cops as they say, or threaten to take us to helpdesk or command. Or say that our role play is bad when we shoot them. When we are getting swarmed and trolled by civilians. It makes cops very on edge. when any one could be RDM ed any second, we have to value our lives by eliminating any potential threats. so if you die in those circumstances. TOUGH, IT'S YOUR FAULT. G'day lads, Just for a bitmore fun, myself and a few other members have built a small Clan on Clash of Clans. We are attempting to build upon and progress this clan, this is a informal invitation to everyone. We are looking for some star players, whether your town hall 2 or town hall 11 we don't mind. Have a go at it, it's a free game so get cracking. Normal server rules still apply, keep it appropriate, if you don't like it leave, at the end of the day the clan is for partial socialism and general fun. @Wex You can't say that people wanna have fun and that they'll go where gunfire is... Then support that monthly post where somebody gets killed by cop and suddenly all cops are shit?!?!. When you tell them to go away, you either get 1 of 2 Responses "Or What" - Trying to initiate a Dec so they can kill the cops "THAT'S A DEC FUUUKKK" - Then they go and kill the cops The fact that some Civs just go around in the city and get crossfired at the pure fact they hate cops and want them to get in trouble or just wanna kill them. This goes back to the same issue which I've bought up multiple times the trust between Civs and Cops. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you're around gunfire, personally you deserve to be killed. And if you get annoyed at the crossfire.. If you're unable to look at your own actions and only look at the accident on the other side then there's something wrong. If you stay around the area where there's gunfire there's a reason it's called crossfire and there's no issue. You can't have a go at the cops for killing you if you're unable to see where you are and what you're doing. Especially at the Event on Straya Day where people would shoot then run into a crowd. You'd think that if you're truly innocent then you'd do 1 of 2 Things; Tell the cops who it is or leave the area. That's all I've got to say without making an essay. Pezza

I agree with Dogofwar since I had a similar experience when capturing someone in a shed. Currently the time required to capture a soldier is pretty ridiculous. Lowering the timer even for a second or 2 would be a major improvement. The new system is fantastic implementation and much more challenging for players.

You do realise people play on the server to have fun, not to simulate real life. Unless you've got something better to do, civs will always follow the sound of gunfire because they've got nothing better to do. If you don't want civs to be there, use your words. Tell them to leave and let them know the consequence if they stay around. Tasing and restraining them without any verbal warning is going to piss them off and they're going to start abusing you for it. The only people you should shoot at without a verbal warning are those with their guns out or the ones picking up weapons off the floor.

Hi, Wasn't able to find a thread in the forums with support tickets, so if this post doesn't strictly fall under tech support please move this topic to where it should be. I was advised by Corey to put in a support ticket to let the admins know that currently within the judiciary, there has been inactive senior management. The previous Attorney General Jack Fire, as we know has been community banned; with no new appointments into the position by the executive. The next two currently listed Queen's Counsels, Venom and Stalker have also been absent for quite a long time. Nevetos as Chief Justice has also been absent from his position as far as I can tell. This situation does have issues for new lawyers as there is no senior staff available for them to confer to in difficult cases. In the case of players wishing to make an application for admission to the bar, there is no member of the community that is able to do so; with applications still outstanding as of August 2017. There are also no active public judges (with only a handful of public prosecutors) to be available to oversee civil cases which civilians may with to pursue. Could this please been investigated so that there is not an absence of leadership within this part of the community. Many thanks,

well thats technically not true since wasteland didnt have donations for well over 5 months and we simply compensated for it

As some people may be aware I have been rather Inactive over the last like 2-3 weeks. Well basically the shot sweet answer is I just cbf playing the server right now when everything to me is boring. So I'm taking a break and playing other games, and I will occasionally be on the TS either in my channel or in the Music Bot channel but yea. If ya need me best be quick when I'm on, I only stay on the TS for like 20 min max, maybe more if I feel adventurous. I will be remaining in active until ya see me on for more than 10 min for like 3 days in a row. P.s - Plz dont demote me on Cop or Medic.
