(50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion due to the amount of dedication I've into the APD and the amount of time I've put in, everyday. Before I go on GD I make sure that I do every Pub slots induction training and I try my best to do as many Polair tests as possible, I also place confidence in my leadership skills and when I am co I can make things happen and I will make things happen, I also believe that I should be promoted not just on my leadership skills but on me actually helping people I try to go with recruits as much as possible so I can teach them as many things as possible like how to ticket, process, and much more I'm also a really dedicated towards this police department as I am on every single night for hours on end to make sure that everything is great. G'day lads, Just for a bitmore fun, myself and a few other members have built a small Clan on Clash of Clans. We are attempting to build upon and progress this clan, this is a informal invitation to everyone. We are looking for some star players, whether your town hall 2 or town hall 11 we don't mind. Who were you Disciplined by: Cabinet Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: I was doing a wespac against V, there was a player playing agressive, he dismounted from his strider and ended up running himself over, being yelled at to execute the person I instead restrained him and tried to put him in my vehicle, it didn't work and it put him inside his strider, I then put down 2 explosives to explode the strider, realising that he wasn't in my hunter he was in the strider, I pulled him out of the strider and he was glitched, we got surrounded by V striders and I was yelled at to blow it, I did it thinking it was a higher up, then realising it wasn't. Why the appeal should be accepted: I believe that what happened should be used as a learning experience and improve on it next time. Any other information:

Because people have been told that "nuclear energy is bad" and associate the word nuclear with negative things, even though it's - Cost effective - For the most part environmentally friendly - only goes wrong if the people running the plant are absolute idiots (Or the plant was badly designed, see fukushima and chernobyl) Another good option is Natural Gas, which we have HUGE deposits of but are for the most part untapped (although chevron is working to change that)

I think the judicial government has slowly faded away because cops refuse to participate in them due to ridiculous demands. I know when I was Commissioner I had enough of them and ignored pretty much every single case after a certain point. When they're demanding for 2 million to settle for something as simple as missing a step in the processing, it becomes demotivating for cops to be involved in the judicial government apart from getting warrants. People used to do it for the roleplay, and when I was Commissioner. People did it for the money.

So many times have I been chased by police and crashed or stopped, only to be shot at instantly when they exit the vehicle. So much so to the point I was convinced if a chase has initiated that it warranted a declaration. Tonight as I crashed (lol), I got out of the vehicle and began firing at the officer chasing me, only to be claimed as RDM'ing and punished accordingly.... Anyway I think once sirens have been used in a pursuit. (not a general stop/pulling people over). An actual pursuit, it should be considered as the police's declaration. I dunno just seems silly that if I'm avoiding them, I then have to turn around and dec, when they can/do shoot at will when exited the vehicle.

Also @Wex saying civs have it harder than cops is complete and utter bs. Went on GD yesterday for literally 5 minutes and got VDM'd so I told the guy he was an idiot supposedly he saw that as enitiation; then shot me straight in the head and as per usual had every man and his dog come to myself and my partners body and steal all our stuff. (He got a 2 day ban later that night) As a civ you aren't targeted by other civs unless to try to be. Cops will only pay any attention to you if you're hanging around the area looting bags and shit. I've never experienced a cop just shooting a civ claiming crossfire if that civ doesn't have a gun out, however if that does occur I incourage you to take it to command. Civs seem to think that looting cops, stealing cop cars and having a gun out looking sketch as f*ck won't warrant you being knocked down. One thing I've also noticed now with the safe zone being extended to stop the cancer of market and the constant sound of vehicles blowing up is that people are just driving around in their cars in that area desync ramming and just ramming other vehicles as there's no consiquence that will come of it unless an admin is watching.

Hello All, Over the recent week, a lot of people have been asking me for my opinion on certain issues. I'm here to address as much as I can and hopefully clear some things up regarding Cop, Civ, and Medic. Cop The main issue that I've been asked for my opinion is regarding promotions and how they're being given out. In my eyes promotions are deserved, they're not something which should be given out for doing something for a certain amount of time. They're also not something which you gain for backstabbing somebody else. Cop has been really and still is quite competitive for promotions; This is good as it keeps people motivated. However, it reaches a certain degree of insanity as people try and backstab people for promotions or a chance to reach a top rank or achieve a senior role. In my eyes if people do something wrong, if it's severely wrong; yes report it to a high rank. However certain people going out of their way to ruin others reputation or report them for everything small thing they do. I love the promotion system however it's gotten to a point that people are trying to pick on other people or are scared they're not going to get promoted. This isn't a system where time gets you everywhere. People get places from being exceptional at doing what they do. Promotion is something which is a reward and not something which is gained by reporting certain cops or being apart of the APD for a certain time. Civ There's a lot to be said about civ right now. I'll try and keep it focused on civ's and not in their relation to the cops. I think the highlighted issue with the Civ faction is the ability either; Not to Help Each Other or Pick on the Cops Teamwork is an essential part of this game, it's something which can't be avoided in this game or in life. Being apart of a team is vital to surviving and exceeding in this game. You can't do it alone. However, you're able to use the group "Civs" to help you go places. Instead of robbing them, tax them. Make them work for you, where they get some cut. It's a situation where they're new to the server and are trying to establish a working knowledge of this server and how things work. I know @Rhys Beckett is very good and kind when it comes to new players. He see's new people, invites them to his gang. Teaches them the ropes of the server and helps them get on their own feet. Whether it's giving them money or even not trying to kill them. This can be beneficial as it keeps them on the server and increases the population. It's good right now, as there are a wide variety of gangs on the server. With the new gang base system it should create some competition, however shouldn't stop groups from working together in other aspects of the game. Ok, something I wanted to avoid however here I am finding myself writing about it..... The relationships with Cops. I'm not sure who was on last night, nobody was aware of this, however I was running a bit of an experiment on Cop and Civ. Whilst on Cop: I went out and manned CP1. I walked towards the old PC1, within 23 seconds of walking outside city limits I found myself surrounded by 5 striders. It's a situation where the cops don't want to fight however just want to explore the world outside city limits. This will lead back to another post where Civs can't have nice things due to a bad relationship with the cops as they know they're always being baited to situations. Whilst on Civ: I was under an alias just standing at Syd bridge it took 4 minutes for me to be cross-fired and killed by a cop. Now I know in both of these scenarios these accidents are waiting to happen. However just wanted to come in and see how bad it really was. Medic Where have the Medics Gone? As much as it sucks to say, they've been poached to another server. They were offered high ranking roles in another server and they took the chance. That's there decision to make, however, that's where everybody's gone and I'm sure they'll be back soon.

As some people may be aware I have been rather Inactive over the last like 2-3 weeks. Well basically the shot sweet answer is I just cbf playing the server right now when everything to me is boring. So I'm taking a break and playing other games, and I will occasionally be on the TS either in my channel or in the Music Bot channel but yea. If ya need me best be quick when I'm on, I only stay on the TS for like 20 min max, maybe more if I feel adventurous. I will be remaining in active until ya see me on for more than 10 min for like 3 days in a row. P.s - Plz dont demote me on Cop or Medic.
