2.9 - You must declare on a person before you can restrain or knock them out 2.9.1 - Police are exempt from this rule when checking licenses or ticketing. So, you have to dec before you restrain them for any other reason. In the police protocols, there is also something along the lines of this. 9.2 Officers are to give warnings before tasing.

Like jewy said whenever cops engage us ( Sydney or outside ) they always start with "This is the APD comply or be shot/tazed" Which is opening a dec. Police obliviously cant just go up and restrain someone for the sake of it Its fail RP, Unless they are doing something wrong or its within PD. I guess if you ask them to move on than taze/restrain them because they fail to do so its kinda a grey area but even so you should be declaring on them before hand.

Retraining them to check licenses or send them a ticket as a cop, not a dec. Restraining them for any other reasons than the above, a dec.

Correct me if I am wrong, but... If you WANT to be perm banned, but are not getting that perm ban; then wouldn't that mean the staff are punishing you correctly because you are not getting what you want?

It had nothing to do with cop, it was not fair as i think that civ life should not effect your cop life no matter how big of a warning/ban.
