(50 Words min) In recent times I have been putting mass amounts of effort towards the APD and ensuring that all my tasks get completed to their highest potential in both Academy and Detectives as well as GD. Since joining the APD in October of 2018 I have learn't a lot of valuable lessons and gathered up plenty of experience which has helped me become a more well rounded officer. I believe that with my experience in the APD and my extreme dedication I have what it takes to become the next divisionary Sergeant. Hey guys, I'm Fitz. I've been playing heaps on the I&A server over the past few months and am loving it! You can tell that the devs have put in a huge amount of effort and continue to do so to keep everything running smoothly. Besides the occasional retard (which is usually dealt with quickly), the other players and the community are great and I really enjoy playing with them. Quick and Easy Mac & Cheese. 1 Cup Macaroni 250ml Thickened Cream 100g cooking butter 1 Block of your favourite type of Cheddar Cheese ( I prefer strong and bitey ) -Boil the pasta (I assume we can all do this), drain off the water and rinse the pasta. -Combine in pot on low heat with butter. -Stir in Cheese and Cream to desired thickness. -Eat while hot. I believe that because of my ability to work with other officers and my dedication to playing frequently I am able to extend my usefulness for the department by showing I have recovered from my past history and that I have turned a new leaf to successfully complete future tasks set for me such as Academy. In saying this I believe that by being promoted to Sergeant I can utilize my resources more effectively to ultimately improve the general conception of the Altis Police Department, the Police Academy and officers. (50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion because of many reasons but main because of my desire to be able to help other officers, from when I started out as a pub slot until today one of my greatest desires in the APD was to be able to become a figure where someone could ask questions and I would be able to help them out. As a Sergeant I would be able to help out my fellow officers more and I would be able to do that easier with the rank of sergeant. 1. I would be able to move people in teamspeak so that I may be able to help out those night time playing senior constables as I am normally online late at night because of my timezone. 2.I would be able to help out others by being able to pull out armored vehicles for my fellow officers when I am commanded to or when needed to protect and preserve the lives of my fellow officers. 3.I would be able to help and train other fellow officers to become better cops. 4.As a Sergeant I would be a role model to be able to help out other ranks and to let them continue persevering through the ranks. As a sergeant I would also be able to help out my fellow officers by being able to place charges onto the wanted list.
