(50 Words min) I know it may be soon but i feel like im ready to take the next step. I feel like ive put a lot of hard work into the APD and time. Im friendly and good at teaching and taking control of situations. My combat side of the game has also got better since being on the APD. I have trained a fair few people and i do it proper i also spend my time making sure that the new recuits get inducted properly and try make it fun even if they just want to play the game and get out on GD. I would like to think i have shown my skill both as a leader as well as a trainer in GD and Academy. Thanks for taking your time to read this. I also believe I deserve a promotion for the work I've done in my division, detectives as I've always tried to go above and beyond in terms of the amount/quality of work I've completed and my performance in multiple ops/house raids. I've always spent a spare second helping out new detectives and trying to better everyone as a whole. (50 Words min) In recent times I have been putting mass amounts of effort towards the APD and ensuring that all my tasks get completed to their highest potential in both Academy and Detectives as well as GD. Since joining the APD in October of 2018 I have learn't a lot of valuable lessons and gathered up plenty of experience which has helped me become a more well rounded officer. I believe that with my experience in the APD and my extreme dedication I have what it takes to become the next divisionary Sergeant. I also seem to be having this issue, with vehicles and with the creates that you can edit the load. Did anyone find the solution?

(50 Words min) I believe that I deserve a promotion because I can fully commit to General Duties and I am able to work with fellow officers to acheive success when fufilling GD operations such as Banks. I believe that because of my ability to work with other officers and my dedication to playing frequently I am able to extend my usefulness for the department by showing I have recovered from my past history and that I have turned a new leaf to successfully complete future tasks set for me such as Academy. In saying this I believe that by being promoted to Sergeant I can utilize my resources more effectively to ultimately improve the general conception of the Altis Police Department, the Police Academy and officers. By being promoted I think that I can use the new addition to my shop/s to increase the chances of success when conducting said operations; Furthermore, I believe I am ready to uphold what is expected of me as a Sergeant due to the fact I take the pleasure of being apart of the Academy and learning what it is like to uphold the maturity standards and expectations of APD officers. Hi just a quick suggestion if we could change protocols and trainings to emphasize more on how communication should work as I’ve seen the APD plagued with this problem for the longest time. It would be nice if instead of saying “keep communications straight to the point and concise.” That we make it more specific saying, only the passenger of the lead vehicle should do callouts and if not passenger of the lead vehicle then the secondary vehicles passenger will call it in over radio. Then proceeds to say if PolAir is available then they take priority over callouts since they have a clearer picture than the current land vehicles. Just a suggestion if we could add those to trainings, protocols and emphasize on them more than they are now because they are multiple times when Communications are a cluster **** because everyone is sneeringly the same question or something of the that sort.
