Morning. Or afternoon or evening. Depends on when your reading this. So I felt like it was time to say some stuff, and get some feedback. I pride myself on my work and I love being the Life Admin. Or one of them. I also love working on running the server with Roger. He is my best mate in game. But I would invite the players to talk to us if there are any issues, with the server, the Cops, the game, staff. Anything. I got involved in the community and loved it from the start. Now I am working hard and trying to make it the best, fairest, most fun and dynamic place it can be. That means following the rules, and watching that if they change you adjust. So going forward if you can do the following as much as you can I, we, would Appreciatte it. 1) Don't leave vehicles on spawn. It's getting to the point that if we need to create a naughty list of serial offenders we will. When I teleport up and impound it I check the rego and it's a few names again and again. Gear up but before you jump in the chopper, store the car yeah? Cheers. 2) Be a bit nicer where you can. Watch the autism heckles, racism, terrorist stuff, or being a bully. All bullies are cowards. I will defend the rights of players to my last breath, don't pick on people, call them names, unless you ready to try picking on me or Roger. 3) Respect Server events. I put hours, or days, into these. For you guys. When people do like they did last night and plant IED and blow up the trucks of someone who hosted and paid for a house party himself it irks me. Bans got handed out. Whether it's a chill out house party, or a area blocked off for event, or bank/Feds on hold an hour, can we try to roll with it? I only ask bank/fed on CD if the cops are in the event, or needed for security. 4) Ask me for help. I will always help. But I have a lot if chats going, and if I am a bit flat out don't take it on the chin if I am not replying in game or TS immediately. Just busy helping others, never rude. Above all have fun, but not at other's expense. We are right in the drivers seat now, Admining the server, revising rules, building events, talking to the gangs. If you feel a certain way, tell me. Dear Altis life Community, Due to the increasing signup on our forums within our community that only a couple months ago we just reached 2000 members, now we are nearly at 3000 members, which is fantastic and we wanted to thank you all for being apart of the Strayagaming community! We are aiming to increase our donations with your continued support, and to purchase another dedicated server to give back to our Altis Life community. As the previous one we purchased for our Altis Life server from wombat did not meet our community requirements with its DDoS protection causing us to revert back to the old server at Streamline after the first few days which we did to keep the game running as smooth as possible with good protection from hackers. Now with all that wrapped up, the server will be going for $300 a Month, so we would need to start boost donations, and I for 1 will be popping some donations as its due. if any suggestions in a way of boosting donations, leave below. We will also be bringing extra slots to the server, increasing gangs by 5 members per gang, Database will be hosted locally for improved performance. To me, no matter how hard the staff works (And they do), the server always depends on one thing more- us, the community, the players. I left the last server group I played on, (and was staff on), because the community had evolved into something I didn't like, And there was nothing I could do. Our server had attracted a different demographic- one of whiny trolls, and it may happen here too, If we, the community, aren't aware of our actions, either in game, or on the teamspeak. Especially on Altis- we need to have good roleplaying ethics, that aren't based on your bank account. We play this game to have fun above all, so don't ruin someone else's experience for a little dirty cash, because both of you could have more fun roleplaying an emergent situation rather than blowing each other up. Think about this before you shoot. And I'm not trying to take away combat from the game- It's just there is a time And a place.

I think yourself and Roger Doger are doing a great job at making strayagaming altis life one of the most enjoyable severs out there. From the the ideas of challenges to the sever events,you guys bring the community together to the best of your ability. Unfortunately there will always be the trolls and the game wreckers out there, but with the effort you guys have been putting into finding these offenders is starting to make a difference on the server. I'm confident that the future of strayagaming Altis Life will just get bigger and better with Spectral and Roger leading the way. We as community should repect each other and everyone should be able to play on this server without having to worries about getting picked on and abused. So let's take into account what the Admins are asking of us and make there jobs a little more easier. Greetings, It seems to go without saying, the current wasteland tablet is fairly outdated, so today we've been working on a new Player Menu tablet we'll- if all going well -be including in the next Wasteland Update. Nothing major, or secretive, so with consent I've included a wee time lapse for the extra curious >;). This isn't the absolute final design, and quite a few changes are expected to be made before it's installed.

SUGGESTION You could offer packages to people. $5 package = Certain skins and what not. $10 package = Blah blah blah You get the picture. hope this helped

Automatic Team Balancing is more suitable on KOTH seeing there is a 'winning' factor involved. Whereas with wasteland it is simply about getting kills and hogging money*cough*. I don't see the number of player on each team affecting these variables. I'm not going to condone stacking but all I'm saying is that it shouldn't be as big of a problem as people make it out to be, on Wasteland in particular.

Yeah, or even some new vehicles would be a very cool addition. I'm sure even players without the mods can still access server, just not the content.

I agree with making the amount at base lower but they can easily takeout MBTs with the 40MM AP all that it needs is 60 AP instead of the standard 40

we currently have an enemy jet up and took the AF with little more then 5 people - the jet is doomed

thats 6 sets of flares - fire them when i am coming in headon or fire when i am close or simply wait with an AT rocket at the AF

I get defensive because I myself struggle to understand why people think it's so Damn hard to kill a jet. Eg a few weeks back I was on Indy with 2 mates and a jet killed all 3 of us at Rogain so I went to Kamino got 27500 dollars out and got an AMV-7 Marshall and shot it down in little more then 5min. Another reason I always buy jets is I am Capped for money and it's the only way I can spend money without making it back instantly in the process. If the ATM had no maximum I would likely buy pawnees and other Helos a lot more

No flares? Lol as if vehicles have not already been dumbed down enough, just look at then Pawnee, Orca and many more helos blowing up from 1 MANPAD when normally with unchanged damage models it just disables them. Same goes for tanks like the IFV-6A Cheetah the Panther and a few others dying to 1 Titan AT to any side of the vehicle when it normally would take 2 AT rockets with the exception of it hitting the rear. I will settle for the removal of the Macers if it comes to that as I am used to using the 30mm Gatling Cannon as I play a lot of KotH.
