Why do you deserve a promotion?: I am fully ready to undertake leadership roles and regularly try to advance elements of the APD in every way. I always try my best to propose new ideas and concepts as well as produce new content for the APD like new skins/PD. When I can, I would take the position of CO and I am easily capable to take control of a situation to increase the odds of the APD's endurance in any scenario. I endeavor that police power becomes within public representation and presentation of our numbers. When market becomes west Detroit every night, I do not order people to run from it, but to use proper strategies control and ensure the lives of innocent civilians. I have always tried my best to improve the experience, especially for newer recruits, whenever that’s checking if they are okay, bored or happily occupied with a task which incredibly increases their chance of returning and perhaps- becoming a full time officer. More recently, I’ve taken initiative as an academy officer in ALL aspects of Academy, ensuring that all trainings are going smooth and delivering friendly but constructive feedback to the trainer after their session is over. I’m also the first one to mark inductions down I’ve also advanced my skills into detective and stepped up as now a senior aviation officer with the intention of implementing and thinking of better ways to operate as a team. (50 Words min) - Throughout my time at the Altis Police Department I have always listened and learnt. I have always tried to assist other players including new recruits including gearing them up for banks and major robbery's both with weapons and vehicles. I am always helpful and follow direction from my superiors to the best of my ability with a good attitude at all times. I believe my experience as high command police commissioner on another server could assist the command team in a positive way. I have a very level temperament so don't cause any issues with other officers or civilians. I am always keen to attend training and really enjoy the community. The younger players have already nick named me Old man and work well with me. I can be a valuable contributing officer to the Altis Police Department and welcome the opportunity to progress in the police force if it is made available to me. +1 Being a new addition to the Aviation team, Metallic has adapted to his new duties fantastically- being diligent in his work and performing high quality trainings. His performance on GD as an Aviation Member and a CO is to be commended, particularly his knowledge about situations, how to best use POLAIR vehicles and guiding recruits and prob. constables with great skill. Metallic would make a fantastic Sergeant and be of great benefit to the APD.

+1 I would have him as my incremental probationary senior deputy chief constable anyday. Displays the knowledge and abiltiy to be a good CO and has expanded his repotoire of skills to the Academy; no doubt a dedicated APD officer.
