3 pointsName: krypkii Callsign: K01E Rank: Detective Leading Senior Constable Training Completed By: Training was completed by @nclem Why do you deserve a promotion? I deserve a sergeants position because I have experience. I have been apart of this community for a long time, playing as both rebel and cop. I have extensive knowledge of both APD protocols and server rules. I'm generally a relaxed and easy going guy but when needed, I can be as stern and as serious as I need to be. All up I have come along way since being a Probationary Constable, I've joined Detectives (twice) and am now a Leading Senior Constable, I have had fun along the way and I don't see any reason in stopping. Who would recommend you for a promotion? @Jebediha Shepard | @Rhys Beckett | @kiwisniper | @nclem | @Daywalker | @Josh death

1 pointOperation #Don'tStopMeNow Through Collaboration the Altis Police Department and Federal Prosecution Service bring the latest road safety operation with the goal to reduce road fatalities of drivers, passengers, and pedestrians. Running from 8/10/17 6 Pm Restart until 11:59 29/10/17 This police operation is targeting drivers who fail to pull over/yield when emergency lights/sirens are in use behind them as well as drivers who fail to take extra care when emergency sirens can be heard in the vicinity. Double demerit points and fines will apply to the following offences while the operation is in force: Failure to yield (pull over) to vehicle displaying emergency lights/sirens who wishes to pass: WAS $15,000 - NOW $30,000 Failure to stop for police causing pursuit: WAS $20,000 - NOW $40,000 Evading Police: WAS $25,000 - NOW $50,000 Reckless driving while committing an offence listed above: WAS $10,000 - NOW $20,000 Speeding while committing an offence listed above: WAS $5,000 per 10KMPH - NOW $10,000 per 10KMPH EXTRA: Speeding 100KMPH over the limit or more while committing an offence above: 1 year[24 hours] license suspension. (Must be persued in court) Dangerous Driving in the vicinity of emergency signals (Lights/sirens): Double the penalty listed in the Altis Court Guidelines (Must be pursued in court) Failure to stop (And proceed safely thereafter) at a stop sign or a solid white line: Formalised at $9,500 ($30,000 if you strike another vehicle or $60,000 if you actuate bodily harm) Failure to give way at an intersection, which involves no stop signs on solid white lines, on which your road discontinues: Formalised at $4,000 ($25,000 if you strike another vehicle or actuate bodily harm) Failure to take care around and abide by emergency signals (including traffic cones and barriers) however does not commit another offence: $12,500 ($30,000 if you strike another vehicle or object and $50,000 if you actuate bodily harm) Please be aware; just because you were not pulled over does not mean you have not committed an offence. The Federal Prosecution Service may later pursue any person committing an offence above in court at a later time. Often Failure to yield offences will be pursued later as officers are heading to a crime scene at the time of the offence, if this is the case a subpoena will be issued for you to appear in court at a set time. Failure to adhere to a subpoena will result in an arrest warrant being issued. If a vehicle evades police an arrest warrant may be sought immediately for the apprehension of the accused and the immediate trial of the offender. Because of the problems with those failing to adhere to the laws creating dangerous situations on the road, evading police, causing a pursuit, reckless driving, and dangerous driving will all be arrestable during the time of this operation (to promote public order). All cars involved in the offences above will be impounded whether improperly parked or not (to promote public order). Please be aware the license suspension rules in the new court guidelines may be used, heavily restricting you from driving on our roads if you repeatedly breach the traffic laws or cause danger to the lives of civilians, paramedics or police officers. The above applies to citizens of Altis, police and paramedics as the laws would in all general situations. Exceptions to the offences listed above do exist for emergency vehicles however these vehicles must ALWAYS drive safely. Information for officers on being involved with this operation will be presented in a short brief after the 6 Pm restart on 8/10/17 and will also be posted in the police forums. If there are any questions on enforcement please talk to a member of the Federal Prosecution Service. Police Enforcement Guide: Top offenders might even get #Roasted by the APD and FPS for endangering all the users of our roads. Jack Fire, Director of the Federal Prosecution Service

1 pointDid it... but only made it to 6am-ish... :( took this screenshot off my phone when i woke up that morning... I have to say that I really enjoyed playing that whole time. There are some great players and teams out there in the Straya I&A community, working together. The servers work really well and some of the AO's and Sides turned into some great moments during the game. I can also be blamed twice for TK-ing (Sorry "Craig", I killed when I rpg-ed a tank he was trying to put charges on, and another who I shot when I was using thermals.) but there was a lot of it, during that time. :( My advice if you're going to do this: Left-over Pizza and Pasta is great for quick meals. Coke and V is a must toward the end of the night Also a couple of packets of lollies are good for a sugar rush :) 15 minute breaks (during server restarts) are enough, but take a walk and stretch when you get the chance. Beer is always the answer to all questions... lol One thing I want to mention, which is something that has been discussed in this forum, is about whitelisting the pilot slots for trained members of the community. I wasn't a fan of that idea for many of the reasons that were talked about. But after seeing the Fu#k-wittery of some of the players during the 12 - 4am (AU) period, I could be convinced to agree with it. The wanton destruction of aircraft during that time... Wow! Many of the players couldn't believe it, and were forced to fly themselves, only to find damage to most of the vehicles. If they weren't crashing them, they would try and crash into other players as they took off. I know that having an admin on at that time of the night is impossible, but what if we had some kind of voting system that could be used to temp-ban players like this (depending on the numbers playing at the time)? Anyway, shout out to my temp team mates during this time period: CaptainTrooper, Toph, Imfamous, L.T. Dang, Haut, Kirito, Zuhr and many others...

1 pointIf you don't mean milsim, then don't say milsim. It's pretty simple. If you say milsim, people are going to assume that's what you mean.

1 pointSo, ive been purposely away from I&A for a bit. Came back on a couple of days ago and then again this morning and whilst im not overly surprised, the amount of flagrant disregard for the rules of the server were astounding. Both sessions i and many others, were deliberately killed by CAS and had to put up with a fair amount of shit from idiot pilots. It seems if you point out to them the rules re CAS in the AO you become fair game for pilots. this guy is one of the douche bags - HappyTriggerCops. the other douche bag was reported to Brid the other day when he deliberately team killed me and another 4 in my squad. Before anyone says it, yeah its a public server and this shit happens. But its one of the reasons i dont play I&A. if the assholes who deliberate team kill and just dont give a shit about the rules get perm or long term bans id be more interested in playing on the server because id know that their actions would be dealt with. Robocop seems to be ineffective, because i report these guys time and time again yet nothing happens. It appears that when there is no Mod presence the server is absolutely lawless - team killing, CAS doing whatever the hell they want, idiots destroying friendly vics and when all this shit is going on the server is just no longer enjoyable. The rules are there they just need to be enforced. If an admin wants more details send me a message.
