(50 Words min) I think I deserve a promotion because I've shown my leadership skills on numerous occasions and I've also shown roleplay and combat skills . I have been a cop for quite awhile now, im also in srt. I feel as though I have a large amount of experience which could benefit the PD, along with a dedication to the police force and a large input to many projects in the distant past and the more recent past. For example, in Strayagaming I have: Been a member of the APD command team for a long tenure Founded Intelligence (Now "Detectives") Head of POLAIR over 6 months Played as SRT Founded Federal Prosecution Service (and wrote Judicial Guidelines) Played for over 500 hours on cop Wrote many guidelines, some of which remain the basis for modern documents Produced many advisory documents such as the drone guide More recently I have ran the Federal Prosecution Service (and introduced more changes to the Judicial Guidelines) and still remaining active despite the proximity of my HSC examinations. I have also spent much of my time on GD and have been of assistance in many tactical situations. I feel as a Sergeant I can better pass on the experience I have as far as tactical gameplay, police procedures, knowledge of the Altis legal system and much more. I also feel as I can better display my ability to command in tough situations in order to get a positive result for the APD. I also feel that my long-term commitment to the PD despite my pretty atrocious demotions demonstrates that trust can be placed in me. If we do have a battalion, would it be possible to have a semi realistic name? I.e: - 1st Independent Company (First Australian Commandos) - 26th Battalion (Australian soldiers who stole a German A7V in WW1) - 2nd Australian Imperial Force (Australian volunteer soldiers who fought against all axis nations during WW2) etc

the campaign for cod isnt too bad can almost guarantee they will make a WWII game next. unless EA wants to go vietnam or something like battlefield 1943 another WWII game to look forward to is post scriptum. based on Squad

Lads, After playing civ as undercover names on Altis Life. I have noticed that you are to kool to reply to civs phone msgs or even interact to some degree. Eg. Impounding someones vehicle that is in the way. Impounding a vehicles take 10secs even if you are in a hurry or they seem to be trolling saying something is better then just impounding and saying nothing. I wont go into a big speech so I'll keep this very simple. If a civ sends a msg to police someone must response. If you don't I will do 1 of 2 things depends on the mood i'm in. I will keep in mind if someones msging to troll. The highest ranking member will be demoted (including cabinet) OR I will boot you from cop for 48hrs (blacklist so you can't join) Without responding to civs your no better then a rebel so you should go play rebel. This will extend to all police (SRT, POL, GEN, DEC). I will inform all admins / mods to watch this and keep in mind I can see it in the logs. This comes after even jumping into the police channel to ask if they saw the msg and if they could respond. It seemed to be to hard. Also seen cops impounding cars without even talking to the players, Me asking for a hand as a civ and other civs reporting rebels without and a single response.

This includes hostage situations. When someone initiates a hostage situation, the CO must respond immediately, even if you don't have a negotiator assigned. Say something like "We will be arranging a negotiator, please be patient" or something like that. Short and simple, instead of having them messaging us every minute telling us to respond or the hostage is dead.
