    - Yes, yes they can. I often take on Secure Radar and Secure Intel side missions solo, these side missions spawn atleast 3-6 squads and have a dozen or so within/near the objectives themselves. - Not quite sure if you know how a debate works, but I can selectively choose what points I want to talk against. Also the other half of that sentence had no correlation to the aforementioned, it was simply a comparison.. You were just comparing the bias of the restrictions.. And I wasn't talking about the bias of the restrictions, I was talking about the example you used within the comparison.. Edit: Also that shouldn't seem "odd".. It should seem like the Grenade Launchers should be locked to Grenadier. If you think something needs to be restricted tell a server manager, I'm sure they can either give you some insight with why its not restricted or if they'll restrict it in a future update.. - I was just on at around 2PM, I believe its the first day of school for the kiddos so the server pop was around high 20's. As soon as we got into new ao we had 3 AT guys blow the shit out of every asset in sight.. - I'd doubt they aren't carrying any launchers, I've never come across an AT soilder without atleast a Launcher.. Sure, some of them only carry HE rockets, but I doubt that they "refuse" to carry AP/AT rockets.. If I play AT I usually grab either a Verona with 1 HEAT loaded, 2 in a backpack. Or a Titan MPRL Compact (or sometimes the longer (aa) variant depending on the mission) with 1 HE in my backpack, 1 AT loaded and 2 more AT rockets in my backpack.. Anyway, to each their own. If you want to continue carrying 7 rockets go ahead. But I don't think they'll fit into a VR suit..

And also an addendum onto one of my earlier posts - I believe enemies only Paradrop in during a Defence. If your situated too far outside the HQ with an AT setup, you are going to die. Unless your like 1km out of the AO itself with a tank or something. So your idea of the enemies paradropping and removing any setup AT areas is kinda a niche example...also I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone set up an AT position (as in static launchers), although it would be interesting to see it utilised. Most just use shoulder mounted launchers.

Currently the use of tokens is quite limited, only used to buy high end vehicles. At the moment there are a few of us with a bunch of unused tokens as their current use isn't worth the effort made to gain them. I myself have 140+ tokens which haven't been used cause i simply don't like high end vehicles. i propose potential uses that would increase their value and allow for progression. 1. Increase Bank money cap (15 token increase cap by 1 mil) 2. Increase amount of storage vehicles (20 tokens increase by 1 vehicle slot) 3. Gen, Gun and vehicle store discounts (10 tokens per 5% discount per store) However, before these changes should be made the current issues in wasteland should be fixed asap. Including: - Remove Thermals Verona Launchers and increase launcher/rocket store price - Team balance script (+ - 1 OPR vs BLR) - Carrier needs access to token vehicles and re-position to East coast or Pythos @James32, @jacob potty, @DJ_JoozBrorg, @Nunny

Nobody can quite destroy the entirety of AI enemies in the AO like you described though, and even after the change everyone is an absolute unit by normal Arma standards, just not quite as before. Nobody at any given point could run out of cover guns blazing like Rambo and cut down squads worth of infantry, that’s not what I meant. It’s more of knowing that you and your mates as a squad can take a real beating before going down. That doesn’t mean tactical play is out the window, even though everyone’s a tough nut to crack overextending can still get you killed easily. It’s just less of “oh I took two shots to my shower now I’m dead” kind of thing. I don’t know about you, but generally I pick up enemies through thermal and tend to stick to my team, so friendly fire never really happened. Occasionally there are some guys at base yelling at me for wearing CSAT because I’d get shot at, but it has never happened as far as I know of. Don’t cut out the other half of the point mate. I have played without carrying backup rockets and it felt pretty damn great, the really large backpacks now gave me too much space to stuff ammo and grenades, first aid into, effectively doubling my mags and supply. But when that armour showed up it annihilated everyone. I play through the entire day as well, from early in the morning to about 3am into the next day. And I have never met more than two AT specialists around and ready to nail something with their launcher. Usually there are like 5-6 of them from what I can see on the server roster but when I run into most of them, they aren’t actually carrying any rockets. Some of them even deliberately refuse to carry AP/AT shells and waste HE on scattered infantry. I’ve said at the beginning that I carry an excessive amount of heavy ordinance and doing so has severely hindered my ability to perform well at normal things, like carrying ammo for my gun to slaughter infantry or any grenades and first aid. Maybe next time I find out that sniper’s AP rounds do great damage to armour and can abandon this setup completely, but as it stands now it’s what I’ll have to pack so others can go in and have their share of fun.

I'm pretty sure that I&A was never about being some Rambo-Ned Kelly hybrid running around an AO gunning down squads of enemies with ease. I&A wasn't made for this particular play style. This then improves team play within I&A and, anyway you are a NATO soldier, not a CSAT soldier. You shouldn't be running around an AO in CSAT gear for as you are NATO An Autorifleman isn't supposed to be using normal assault or marksman rifles... Not everyone is in the same group, meaning that not everyone that is friendly will have the blue polygon. Sometimes the friendly tags don't show up at times and If the "shooter" is looking at someone with Guerrilla or CSAT gear (mainly fatigues) will often get shot because of their clothing choice if the friendly tag doesn't show up.

Nova, on your point that it’s not milsim. Your right. But it’s a bit ridiculous for people to: 1. Be able to wear the enemies Uniform, 2. Be able to carry 7 RPG rounds while carrying a MMG with several boxes. There still has to be an aspect of skill. It’s half the reason I think infantry Thermal should either be removed or restricted to spotter type classes (Snipers, tank Commanders etc). Ptarmigan. I have been playing the server regularly for like....6-7 months now and played it on occasion beforehand. I rarely saw any player wearing CSAT gear (most of the stuff was initially restricted anyways). Those that did, often got TK’d (More often then not by me accidentally). You are NATO. Not CSAT. You are a man. You cannot carry unlimited gear and rockets. I&A is about working as a team. Not one manning the AO. A single soldier is not meant to be able to fill the roll of an entire squad (eg, SL, Autoriflemen, Medic, AT Guy).

Greetings Citizens of Australia This is a Public Service Announcement. Prime Minister Rad is retiring from office, from SIS and from gaming. It's been a blast! Over the past few months playing Altis life with the Straya community has created some extraordinary gaming experiences for me. Alot of laughs, memes and esctasy has been the standard. I've met some great people with fantastic stories, I've met some people who loved cracking jokes and I've met some colourful people too. Overall, it's been a blast. But as I felt watching the last episode of Star Trek The Next Generation a few years ago, as the episode title suggests, all good things must come to an end. As of effect, on this Tuesday, the 17th of July at 1:44 am, I'm retiring from gaming..... permanently. Why? Life plans and goals. After leaving school, the path forwards was not clear. Now I can see my future with absolute clarity. All I gotta do is make it reality, so I'm beginning my life in earnest today. I spent about an hour and a half writing my life story down, I was going to post it, but I realised now is not the time to release it. It'll probably be in a book or the newspapers someday in the future but for now, it's the fuel propelling me to the future. Everyone has a story. Roleplay stories are fun, but life stories, that the currency of the soul. I will hold an honourary Director position within SIS should I ever come back but from now on @Snowy is lead Director of SIS from now on. Also my chief of staff Joshua is now acting executive of the Government project. A new PM election will have to be held. Special shoutout to: Snowy, Shep, FarmerGeorge, Jdawgz, Fletcher, Lachlan, Slep, Thorn, Augnov, Bow, Sagara, Corey, Bails, Robert Hill, Snow, Icey, JotJTX, Hope, Sir Deadpool, Skyfise, Barry Lawrence, Stevo and Falcon. I might be around in the future, but probably not. I'll miss you guys. Take care! -> Rad
