Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) I feel that I deserve the rank of sergeant for a variety of reasons: those being experience, diligence, and my reliability. In the time that I've been Senior Constable, I have learned a lot from being CO, whether it be through the experience of being responsible for the wellbeing and effectiveness of GD, or coordinating roleplay scenarios at Sydney PD. I have shown constant time and dedication in the cop force, and others can attest to my reliability as commanding officer on General Duties, but I am also more than capable when in command at Banks, AGLs, and other roleplay scenarios like hostage negotiations. To conclude, the rank of Sergeant would suit me well as I am dedicated, experienced, and more than reliable. Who would recommend you for a promotion? I enjoy this role because I have reason to believe that there are people within the APD that want to also want to achieve a better overall Arma 3 pilot skill that's where I would also like to focus my work within the Aviation unit. This position would also enable me to be able to act on what I stated previously while also continuing my pursuit in better Arma 3 piloting/training. I have the previous experience when it comes to specifically the APD aviation I am a past POLAIR pilot and Trainer I can utilize these past skills and experience and incorporate them into my work as an aviation officer. What Aviation level are you aiming for and why?: 2-3 I am not quite sure how it all works but if so this would be my desired level, incorporating my previous POLAIR rank of level 2 trainer would enable me to achieve higher, furthermore. How much experience with aviation do you have? (In and out of the game): In the game, I would say around a couple of hundred hours on piloting alone. Amazing cop and seeing him come from recruit to snr constable has been amazing. He always actively does inductions and to a high standard making them interesting and informative. Definitely deserves this promotion. +1

It- Add standard night vision to Titan and Verona. Remove the thermal offline notification for these and the designator. - Leave thermals out of drones and launchers. - Rotate the carrier 90°. The current landing approach is right over a gun shop, which is daft. Could consider placing it a bit further out, to cancel the bombardment from sea using tanks. - Tokens from 100 AI kills. Not every off-road should be red, currently they are. - Jet load-outs that are in between 'gun only' and fully loaded. As an example the black wasp is horrible for CAS with its high minimum speed and 20 mm cannon and the fully loaded version is OP, hence the 5 token price tag. Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] I reckon that ive had my fair share of time off cop, Even tho i might still not be welcomed back but as a former command team member i can guarantee i can bring what i brought to the cop for back in early 17 - late 18, Even if people still think of me as toxic immature due to past behaviour they can think what they want about me but people who have actually taken the time to talk with me will see my true self, And i do apologise if i have affected any member of the APD.
