At the time I didn't have a good grasp on what to do in those sorts of situations, and I panicked when the situation started to unfold. Over the past year or so I have learnt for my mistakes and this being one of the biggest of them all, the only good thing to deduct from these sorts of situations and occurrences, is that I will never make a mistake like this again. Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion as I've been very active within the APD getting on and patrolling whenever my timezone allowed it and staying up all night COing or patrolling. With my experience as a previous Sergeant and Senior Constable, I am able to take charge of General Duties as a CO and efficiently ensure officers are partnered up, clear of any confusion, and are aware of protocol. With being ex SRT and experience in dealing with Westpac Bank robberies, I am able to CO for those and know where officers could push from, majority of locations rebels like to sit at, and ensure officers are aware of how to deal with them correctly. I have always been professional, aware of my comms especially in SYD LAC, and helping out the newer recruits with how to process or deal with civilians. Who would recommend you for a promotion? Somethings I would love to see implemented or at least see a trial of how things are going is different set stations like Melbourne or Brisbane where patrols are actually common and not a once in a month occurrence. This would change patrols up, give more patrol coverage, actually give officers experience in dealing with Rebels, and to evolve from staying in Sydney where I personally believe officers are getting bored quickly and are becoming inactive. This change would allow more than 1 Co running at a time, proving other Senior Constables to be worthy from their leadership capabilities and running their patrols to their needs within guidelines. If the stations are very unbalances like 2 in Sydney and 7-8 at Melbourne, a Sergeant or Senior Sergeant would be in charge of redeploying officers to what the station needs. Example . Chaos in SYD Bridge, Melbourne station of currently 6 would send 3-4 officers to reinforce Sydney while Melbourne is currently quite/dead. Any feedback is appreciated or opinions on this matter.

Comparing in game to real life is not a accurate demonstration of how things should be done. Think of it like this, are a good chunk of the civilian population rebels that carry 7.62 assault rifles around? No. Plus as i have previously stated one of the greatest privileges of being in a division is the ability to do ops and taking this ability away just to sustain an extra station is in my opinion a terrible idea

For a division like SRT a big focus for them is doing ops. In my opinion preventing for example 5 SRT members from doing ops just to keep both stations fully sustained isn't a very good idea and plus it would mean that they would be more limited in there abilities to do ops, degrading one of the privileges of being in a division

- Bring back burying (2k) - Tokens @ 5 kills because of server pop - Rebalance token shop - Add more variants of vehicles (e.g. AA pawnee, AT pawnee, AA shikra/blackwasp, Caesar with a 50 cal) - ^Same with jets, add some cool variants - Redo shop prices (e.g. Why is the nyx AA and AT 50k) - Add flares to Caesar - Add the thermal helm back - Add night version back to launchers - Bring back a free rearm (bobcat) - fix weapons glitching out when you die - Move pilot and defender helm to the top of the list - Remove weather - Move carrier closer (1k - 1.5k away) and turn it 90° - Fix vehicle storage sometimes deleting the stored vehicles (this has happened to me on 2 different occasions and i know it's happened to Mr Pickles too) - Bring back the WL Vet charge. However, not entirely sure if possible BUT add a rank for WL Vets that gives them access to the VET charge. This way the bind can't be shared and ruin it like in the past.

The role of SRT shouldn't be ops is what i am going on about in real life they are a Response Team like SWAT and if there is a reason for them then go for it but otherwise go on GD or SRT Patrol in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with other GD units.

Simple if there isn't enough cops to sustain both Melbourne and Sydney or Sydney and Brisbane then don't go on OPS.
