Hello one and all. So I have been around for a little while but not so much on the forums. Some people know me and others do not. Who am I? Name is Skyler B Barron, most people call me Sky or Barron but I go by anything really. I am 26 from Vic and that friendly goth boy that enjoys gaming. I play on the I&A, I&A:Tanoa and AL servers and tend to be in the Pilot TS channels (Unless playing AL) with the regular players. I like more Serious RP when playing with groups at times. So if you enjoy being more strict when playing, doing side missions and the like, feel free to hit me up. So what roles do I generally play? I&A: I tend to be AT trooper or Pilot. Not often I play something else. I&A:Tanoa: Medic 99% of the time. Seems a lot smaller map and less enemy vehicles, I will go Medic like so many other players. It allows me to be more aggressive with my playstyle. AL: Rebel. I sometimes be serious on here but generally this is my messing around. I will be a real rebel and mess with the cops and so many other silly things. Though I will help people whom are new. What is my favourite Weapons/Loadout? MX SW 6.5mm with Silencers, Bipod, Laser Pointer, 100round mags (x4+), ARCO and a night stalker in backpack. P07 9mm Pistol with 3 Mags for backup. 3 Explosive charges, 1 IR grenade, 5 Red smoke. Special Purpous Suit (Green Hex), Carrier GL Rig (Tropic), Bergen Backpack (Tropic). Enhanced Combat Helmet, ENVG-II, Balaclava. AT Trooper: Titan MPRL with 5 AT rockets. Engineer: 5 Toolkit, 1 First Aid. Medic: 1 Medkit, 20 FIrst Aid Kit (to allow others to top up from me in combat), 1 Toolkit. And like many people I know, I tend to record my game play and post it on YT. nothing fancy though. Just raw footage more so of silly things that happen and the like. So if you're playing with me, expect to be recorded =). See you on the battlefield.

Reign Of Kings (no not AOE2) Because reign of kings is only $2 we thought we'd make an night of it and for a few more nights. The server is currently up you can find it by searching StrayaGaming. There is no password even if it askes for one If you haven't played this game it's abit clunky but but funny as hell. I have added some basic mods which requires no downloading. Mods like Bounties. A few of us will jump on tonight to bash the crap out of eachother. Feel free to join us.

I was inactive due to JLC courses for cadets. And then I had a neck injury but the Commissioner at the time did not see that as a reasonable excuse for inactivity. And demoted me from inspector and completely removed me from the APD. NOTE: this was around the time of the great wipe when there was basically a new commissioner each week Why should you be reenlisted back into the APD? Because if it wasn't for my neck I would still be apart of the APD today and I miss all the fun times with all the other cops. Also last time I played everyone in Civ chats were complaining about how the APD doesn't RP anymore and that's not a nice reputation I do understand that this may have changed from the last time I played but if it has not I would to try and help improve this rep as who doesn't love a bit of RP. I also have about 870 hrs spent on Arma 3 and I would say roughly only about 100-200 have not been spent on Straya Gaming playing cop. Also if any one that reads this is curious of who promoted me to inspector I believe the commissioner at the time was Vizzn. If you enlist into the APD, where do you see yourself in 3 months?: Hopefully I would have some rank and being a apart of ASIO or I think you just call them detectives now. What do you believe you can bring to the Altis Police Department ?: I believe I can help lead the police force and help in any RP situation that may arise and need my help I can devote a fair bit of my time into the police force like I did when I was a inspector. I'm a pretty good pilot and was one of the main members of ASIO and if given the chance could help or become a detective Are you up to date with the new Police Protocols that were in effect as of 04/06/2017? Yes How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department?: At least 10 hrs a week If you were demoted for any reason other than Inactivity, you are required to have at least two referrals from a Sergeant or above. (50 Words min) I know I've had my ups and my downs amongst the cop force and I've come across some heavy road bumps, with the conclusion of me taking a break off cop for a short time and stepping down a few positions. This mainly stirred up due to confusion and unsteadiness amongst the cop force. The grounds and the platforms that were laid didn't seem steady and I didn't find myself comfortable in a position of which I was in. But later seeing a change and a detrimental reversal in power and leadership amongst the cop force in general I made the decision to return. In the first place I should've grown some patience and stayed, I had put hours, days and weeks into my dedication to the cop force before I stepped down. And I wish to continue my hard working, commitment towards the APD. I think I deserve a promotion as I put countless time into Cop, trying to make a change, I want to teach and spread the knowledge of everyone, I want to see a new cycle of well trained, experienced officers. I feel in the position of a small leadership role as a CO gives me the ability to open up and adleast give the slightest of enhancements to the officers I'm leading. I simply don't want to become sergeant because of the whitelisting or the power gain I get, my only concern is the benefit of our fellow officers. Quite simply, one sniper. GM6 Lynx or M320 LLR. Good FOV, separation of several hundred meters. Incapacitate all drivers of all vehicles, then surrounding infantry. Engagement from a distance prevents triggering of vehicle escape. Clean up, secure intelligence vehicle.

You still get kicked off when you try to stabilize the IDAP guy, i tried 3 times and got some other people to try, all were kicked straight away
